My experience with the Surveoo platform has been extremely frustrating and concerning.
I completed a survey provided through Surveoo and answered all questions until the very end. I even received the final page saying "Thank you for your participation", which normally confirms that the survey has been completed.
However, after the redirection back to Surveoo, the system incorrectly marked the survey as "not qualified" and the reward was not credited.
This strongly suggests a tracking or redirection error between the survey provider and the Surveoo platform.
What makes the situation worse is that Surveoo does not respond to support requests. I have contacted their support multiple times, including requests sent months ago, and I never received any reply.
Users are spending time completing surveys in good faith, but when technical errors occur there is no functional support channel to resolve the issue.
This situation has caused significant frustration and emotional stress, especially after spending time trying to resolve the problem without any response from the platform.
A platform that does not provide proper support when users encounter issues raises serious concerns about reliability and transparency.
I sincerely hope Surveoo reviews the survey logs and improves their support system so that users are not unfairly affected by technical errors.

Hi Team, Since 01/11/24, I can't redeem my money to my Paypal account. Every time I confirm my Paypal address, it shows "Redemption failed. I tried to contact them but nothing!
