Is anyone aware if there a class action law suit? I can't believe the way this company treats customers. I'm never buying anything. The show reschedules and can't make it to the new date, it's tough crap. That's out of my control. They don't care.
Huge fee markup, less than helpful customer service when I called, not user friendly. They do not partner with any other websites, so even if other websites say you can use a discount code, you can't.
I bought 5 tickets to the Dallas Cowboys divisional playoff game. 2 did not work at the entrance gate. After going to box office they told me the tickets had been "electronically removed". The Superstar rep told me "sometimes we print duplicates on accident" just send in the box office paperwork and any photos etc to get your full refund. 10 days later after going back and forth with them they told me that it was my fault that someone had seen the bar codes beforehand and made their own duplicates. Seriously? They would not refund my money on the 2 bunk tickets they sold me and this is their out for giving customers refunds on the bunk tickets they sell. Do not trust them or buy from them you will be left standing at the entrance gate like a moron with no admittance and out your money. The risk factor buying from them is through the roof. Run far away don't take the chance you'll regret it.
I bought a ticket last week for a concert. At the beginning I received an email saying that everything has gone well, after few minutes they wrote me that there have been some problems with my orders and I should buy the ticket again. My money are still on hold and they don't want to cancel the transaction. Another problem is that it's very difficult to reach someone to talk to by phone and by mail as well. Don't buy anything from them!

This place, (like every other ticket reseller), is what's wrong with trying to go to your favourite artists concert or teams events.
The entire business is built on the practice of buying out tickets from the primary market, (directly from Ticketmaster or venue), and charging you absurd amounts above face value so they can make a profit. The fact that there aren't any laws in the United States against this is insane practice is beyond me, and I for one will be doing everything to put an end to this criminal activity much like many other countries have already.
Super Scam Tickets and every other scumbag ticket reseller would have you believe that they aren't doing anything wrong, but let's be honest here. They are buying out tickets that ACTUAL people want, so that ACTUAL FANS are FORCED to buy them from these crooks.
I purchased Justin Bieber tickets for my daughter only to find that I was charged 200% over the face value of the tickets. How is this even remotely legal? They are basically the Big Pharma of concert tickets but the good thing here is we don't HAVE to go to these events. We do have options and it starts by boycotting all of these shady businesses.

Had to get tickets fast for birthday gift. My friend ordered them off this site. Charged $60 for $29.50 ticket. So 2 tickets for $120. THEN almost $40 in fees, that doesn't include the $15 FedEx fee. Ticketmaster has tickets same row still for $29.50. Obviously a huge mistake on my part for having someone else get the tickets without doing their research. Never will I buy from Superstar Tickets again! Do your research people!

I purchased tickets for a concert and was charged an obscene amount for a service charge. They charged my card but refused to send tickets until they received a copy of my photo, signature and picture of my credit card. When I refused to fax this information as I wasn't comfortable they still wouldn't send the tickets. I asked for my money back since they charged my card but wouldn't send the tickets. They refused saying it was not their policy. I got my credit card company involved. Concert was rescheduled for a later date and I could not attend. Still will not refund money. Horrible experience! Would NEVER use this company again! Would NEVER recommend them!

I worked for them for a grand total of 10 days and was let go for no reason. Employees are "urged" to work 7 days a week in a verbally abusive work environment. I witnessed more than once a co-worker calling other co-workers stupid right to their face and a supervisor who did nothing but shout obscenities to urge us to work faster... yet we were not adequately trained how to do the work. Another co-worker was not allowed to leave when she was clearly sick and overheard throwing up in the bathroom, because "she still had work to do on her desk." And I was only there for 10 days! Do NOT give this sweatshop any business! I'm seriously considering filing a formal complaint against this company.
