My experience was very good,liked the products.delivery was also good.

Everything is great, but I wish I knew a little better estimated delivery date. Turns out, we received the package in 3 days, which i would consider quite prompt, and i was happy with that time frame. Just that it would have been nice to have a shipping update or tracking number when it shipped. Besides that, website worked fine, ordering was not complicated, no overbearing suggestions or ads. Clean and quick ordering experience.

Looking at products online is a better experience than going to the store because most of the stores don't have them. Upon reading about the products one is able to get more in-depth details about the product as well. Descriptions about the products provides a better service to a consumer than a service counter in the store. One has Better satisfaction in the privacy of one's home and being able to take as much time as one needs to make a better decision.

Unfortunately, I never received an email or communication when my order was shipped. Also, my order included lasagna noodles, and the information clearly was included online and on the packing slip in the box with my items, but the lasagna noodles weren't there! The website has a phone number - guess what? No one answers the damn phone! I had to waste time via the stupid chat - time which I don't have! I guess being in New Jersey, your concept of customer service differs from other areas of the country. I will NEVER order from here again.

Website is a bit glitchy on android smart phone but overall a good website and delivery was very prompt.
