I found supermarket Italy online and the price of my product was excellent. I was able to buy several jars which were shipped promptly and wrapped well.

Product (Panettone) was fresh and delicious. Delivery went well, but the cost is too high. There is no option for a gift note/card when ordering.

Order was never received. I contacted customer service and no reply. I have sent several emails and have. It received a response not received the order. Very disappointed will not be ordering again. You debited my account but never provided the merchandise.

Great product, price, delivery - perfect in every way. Now I enjoy several cups of sweetened rosehip tea every day, like I used to when I lived in Vienna (where, by the way, it was very common and on the menu in every cafe).

I ordered online. They thanked me for the order, and promptly went to sleep.
They never contacted me to tell me when the goods were to be shipped. I emailed them a few times to ask when I could expect the goods. They never sent a single response to my emails.
I still have not received a single email as of Dec 14, even though they confirmed the order on Dec 2.
As of now they have not delivered anything. A useless bunch of people who are not only incompetent but have no customer awareness whatever.

Website was easy to navigate. Shipped my cherries quickly even during the busy Christmas season. And the cherries were just what I expected them to be.

Order placement was easy. Delivery was quick. Price was excellent! I was expecting my 3 little jars of truffle salt in a small box but a larger one arrived — with complimentary Italian hard candies and a box of guylian chocolates! I don't know if it was because I was a first time customer or because my order arrived close to the holidays, no matter. It was a nice touch that was most appreciated!
