I've used Supermarket Italy for many years since I moved from NY.
They have many products and ingredients not found in my local markets.
Prices are fair. Delivery is good, if a bit slow.

Purchase and receipt of this item was an easy and seamless transaction.

FedEx misdelivered my order, admitted their error in having a lazy, agent whose actions resulted in my items being stolen! Supermarket Italy replaced my order swiftly, and made me feel valued. They empathized with my plight (FedEx users beware!) and had my replacement delivered beautifully--still cool to the touch, perfect packing...a HIGHLY recommended seller who CARES for their customers!

I absolutely enjoyed shopping and would definitely be shopping again. Being able to bring products into the home from Italy are delightful.

I was sent an email that if I spent over $39.00 I would get a Free Gift. I didn't see anywhere that my order would include a Free Gift.

Purchased a wonderful olive oil that we had on our trip to Florence in a small, fine restaurant.

Site appears to have quality items and navigating the site was easy. Glad to see the options we can have shipped to NC. 2 of the 3 olives were amazing. We will definitely be ordering more of those along with other items, we just were not fans of the Cerignola olives.

It was so easy to order from this company...and before I knew it, there was a package at my home containing the product that ordered. It was packed beautifully. This company knows how to do things the right way. I am extremely satisfied and will use this company again.

Well wrapped and quick delivery with extra information

The candy sticks to the wrapper and tastes stale. I am disappointed in the order, I have been buying this candy for years, it came in cases instead of individual bags before. Thinking I may not order again. Was there a change in owners?

The product I ordered did not meet match the description.

It was easy to filter for Gluten Free products. The prices are high but all GF foods are pricey. I didn't meet the free shipping threshold and found it a little high but the products were packed well and arrived intact.
