Worst customer service. Your so called team does not treat customers the right way. IO just repurchased the item that your so called team couldn't respond after having taken my item out which was not available for literally ONLY for one day.

I had an issue with two orders, one with a broken jar of marmalade, and another I was sent the wrong kind of marmalade. Both times they refunded my money, although I would have preferred a replacement item. That's my only complaint. Otherwise, it's been OK.

They packed the cherries very well for shipping.
