I have purchased from Sunsky on 5-6 occasions before. All was mostly ok, just the odd items was left out.
I Had purchased more items on 24th Sept. Sunsky claim that items shipped out 30th Sept. Waited 2 weeks n Candy replied that items may be lost but will get compensation. I emailed shippers today n found out the tracking number was pending pick up. So basically items were NOT SHIPPED OUT AT ALL Candy now claim im entitled to claim usd20 when my order was RMB1391.
Fantastic way to get ripped off. Buyers BEWARE!
Ordered over a month ago and they havent sent the items and gave a fake tracking number that doesn't exist

Sunsky-online is a total scam fraud artist from China. This company is fraud. I purchased Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 and never received the phone!

Underwater company to order tablet with Intel processor and 4000mAh battery and deliver Cortex and 2800mAh battery etc. to complain will tell you it is not possible! Do not Buy Nothing!
Terrible commpany, don't bother buying anything from them. They listed xperia z1 compact backlight as xperia x compact backlight, refused to correct their mistake or to refund my money (didn't even review the listing itself after sending video and photo proof). Had to open a paypal dispute...
I've been talking with their "sales manager Ms. Lassie" for a MONTH, still didn't do ANYTHING about it. They also keep removing my review on this item.
Really if you know whats the best for you, stay away and dodge the bullet...
The only upside of it is, that i've ordered only a sample, so didn't lose much money to find out how terrible they actually are. BTW they also shipped the item to the wrong address, so i had to go there and pick it up, no idea how could that happen.

My first experience with Sunsky has been really nice. I loved the products i received like smart phones, cables, chargers, christmas led light, solar bags, camera light box; the prices in Sunsky website really really cheap, i am a retailer and get good profit, they send goods by DHL and fast fast shipment; and they have super quality products and I highly recommend this site to everyon

It takes 45 days when I got the consignments, maybe by bike to delivery. And the custom charges is high. They needs to find the more reliable courier or set up the overseas warehouse.
I have several online shops, I have many suppliers, however I won't give my order share to sunsky now.
