I lost my money under training program. I camplained them, they don't even reply my mail such a worst service ever. DON'T trust blindly.

I wish I could give Sulekha USA 0 stars but 1 is the lowest I can choose, here is why -
I have been trying to get a status on my refund for a cancelled event since March and I have not received any solid information regarding the same. The refund email was sent to me by Sulekha USA on 12th March saying it will be refunded within 10-15 days. I first contacted Sulekha after 15 working days passed, I was told that refunds are delayed due to COVID-19 and that they have processed it but it will take some time to get to me (God knows if the refund is walking on foot to reach me from Texas or what). Second time I contacted them few days later, I was assured that I would get the refund within 20-25 business days after the event cancellation. 25 days passed and I got nothing. I got frustrated and called them, the customer support agent kept repeating these words - "Refund will processed shortly Sir." and without listening to me she hung up the phone. If this is how they treat their customers, I would say Sulekha does not even deserve to be a company at all as it is being run by a bunch of unprofessional and uneducated people who lack information that the customer has every right to know. I submitted email request asking for my refund several times but unfortunately I have not heard back yet on any of those email requests. We are in May now and I do not know when the right time will come, I have started to feel like Sulekha is just trying to avoid answering to me and waiting for me to gradually give up and let it go. This is truly unprofessional and unacceptable. So Sulekha, you have won as I have finally given up trying to reach out to you for an answer and have decided to contact my Bank to file a claim against your con company but I will not leave any opportunity to provide a feedback as negatively as possible. I will never be using Sulekha and advise anyone who is reading this to do the same. These people don't care and offer pathetic customer service.

selukha.com is a scammer site. I left my business in Dec 2017, closed it for ever and migrated to USA. Got a call from sulekha to become a paid member after that. Told them that I am not in India anymore and permanently shifted to USA after closing my practice. They posted a nasty comment on their web site against me on 19 Feb 2019. More than an year after I had left India for good. Crooks of the order 'n'. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. THEY SHOULD BURN IN HELL FOR THEIR UNETHICAL PRACTICES.

BEWARE!, One of the most useless website out there, spending money with them is no different than burning it. Go with other options like google to achieve much better results at a fraction of cost. Also their representatives are complete $#*!s who will incessantly nag you to pick their highly expensive plan which is useless and will bring nothing but regret later. Its a new kind of scam that they've invented where leads are nothing but their own employees posing as potential customers.

I posted a rental property and paid the maximum rate for listing 40 days. I decided to close/cancel the listing after 8 days because the only interest I received was from professional scam artists.

Sulekha should be ashamed of themselves for pretending to do business as they did way back then, which was great... I am surprised to know how extremely awful the company has become!

I made the mistake of not looking at reviews prior to using them, but please don't make the same mistake I did.

Sulekha.com is the worst company I have ever come across, they portrait them self to be the best in the real estate business but they are utter waste. Pls be careful before doing any business with them, there management is very careless and unprofessional. At the time of taking money they will give you lot of false promises, don't fall for it! I took a paid listing on sulekha to post my properties, Mr Uday one of the sales representative of sulekha had come to our offc, he gave us lot of hopes and took us for a drive. The management is very unprofessional, first of all they don't pick up the calls, if they do so, they will not bother what your concern is about & wouldn't provide relevant solution. The people working there are very rude and useless. They don't have there facts cleared(very good at confusing their clients), they need training! Lol
They delayed the work initially, after complaining multiple times, they started the work that too with lot of mistakes. I took 3 months package where as it took almost one month to start the work, that too after making hell lot of calls and emails. Now I have been making calls since so long they are neglecting my calls and if by chance i get connected to them, they have this standard statement "our sales team will reach you" which never happened. I am really frustrated and want the refund, i haven't got even one single lead from them. For tat too they are blaming my company that our project isn't good and wouldn't receive any attention from clients. Come on! Its not the first time am doing business! A genuine company would never fool its clients, mistake happens but you should correct them rather than neglecting them. Ignorance is not the solution, you will loose your clients if you work this way.

A person who claims himself to be nipun patel is a fraud. His email id is npaug029 on gmail. He does not have any property anywhere. He be fools people telling a story that his father is sick. He can not meet in person. And he will ship keys to apartment. And once you transfer money he does not respond. I lost 1 lakh because of this. He is a big time fraud. He has no property. He did the same with others as well telling them the same story. He has been doing this for whole time.
