Did not see an option to change the time if I needed to once I registered. Later I got an e-mail that said to change the time if I couldn't attend, and I clicked the link. I still didn't see a way to change the time, or confirm the time I had scheduled. So my complaint is that the user interface needs to be more obvious.

I had the opportunity to hear some student voice demos in a Such A Voice webinar. I have been listening to student demos across the web from various Voice Talent Development companies. These are by far the best demos I have heard, in terms of both the talent and the overall production value.

I thought I was going to get a webinar at 4PM PDT. I got nothing. I guess I blew a buck.
The process was fast and easy...yet slightly confusing. It seemed that I might've signed up for more events than I paid for. Nonetheless, I was satisfied with the efficiency and speed at which I could get registered.
I paid for your websinar, scheduled it, and now that I'm home with about 50 minutes before it is supposed to start I see that no link or instructions were ever sent to me on where to go and sign in for the webinar. I was planning to participate but you have not provided me with any of the instructions on where to FIND the webinar and log in. I tried to call, but your office is already closed. I had been looking forward to this but now find it very frustrating... Please contact me to reschedule...
