Overall, the company’s approach shows promise but requires improvement in maintaining consistent customer support.

It was easy to manipulate. No difficulties.
It is an amazing experience, and excited to be jumping into voice overs as a career
Very clear instructions on how to make a purchase, the communication of what happens next after purchase was appreciated. So far, overall a very good transaction.
Initially I did not receive the link for the webinar. I reached out to Michael Gleockner. When an issue happens, everything is in the recovery. He responded immediately as we went back and forth with a few emails. He also refunded the fee, although that was not requested and truly not necessary. The link came in after I re-registered. I am happily looking forward to the webinar. Thank you.
I was having issues (I thought) with receiving the email, with the link to the webinar. I placed a call to Steve. He responded within a hour. Wonderful customer service!
Very smooth experience getting registered. Excited to get started. Has me wishing there would be an opportunity to jump onto the webinar class immediately.
Registering for the webinar was fairly straightforward. The only confusing part was that I had to register twice because I received two emails for registration. As I registered the second time, there was no indication that I was already registered.
Getting ready to view the webinar. I appreciate you putting this together
Saw it on Facebook and decided to follow up.
As a UK customer I had trouble getting authentication from my bank due to purchasing in America. The card was blocked and the bank soon contacted me to confirm the transaction was legit. When handled and card unblocked I could then purchase. I went through the same procedure again to purchase and again had the same error come up but the sale went through as I got the emails confirming so and I have been successful to register myself for the webinar.
I did seem to have to register a couple of times, it got a bit confusing with the amount of emails and registrations I had to do but in the end I secured a time, in the right time zone, and now can look forward to learning something from the event.
Don't take this as a negative, the fact my bank is watching my transactions and ensuring an overseas transaction is legit I am very happy about. Perhaps the web developers can smooth this out a little as it was a little distressing and I almost quit, but I do want to see the webinar. This will obviously be only for overseas customers.
They respond the very next day if you need any help, they let you know a lot of information before starting. Read up on their blogs, they are a great tool of research and guide.
Easy enough, just a few credit card issues.I now live in the US so understandable.
Very simple registration process. Thankfully inexpensive. Looking forward to the webinar.
Not much to say other than im new and it was worth 6.95 to explore. Something I've always wanted to do.
It was a VERY easy process to register. The only suggestion I would make is that at the last point of registration where it listed The times, I believe they're all listed in central time. So for instance I signed up for the 11 AM Pacific time webinar but the registration said 1 PM central time. Some people might find that a bit confusing but I figured it out.
There are a lot of steps to get signed up for the webinar, but every step is well explained.
I thought it was weird that I had to register twice, and the first time the date I really wanted wasn't available, but the second time it was.
