The instructions for joining the webinar are a bit confusing. The link instructs that I will be connected to audio via my computer's microphone. I don't have a microphone, so I asked customer service if I can use a phone instead. I was told that mobile phone wouldn't work; but when I inquired further and said I would use a landline, I was told that that will work. In any event, I'm not sure what will happen when I log in for the webinar.
It's was easy to the point and painless! I'm excited for the seminar.
