I kept getting this sponsored add up on Facebook from this company, about the most cruel anti bark tool for dogs (using ultrasound). I wrote why it is cruel and very wrong to use this type of equipment - and they blocked me. Before they blocked me, I had noticed that they had deleted all negative comments on their add. Don't use this company - they don't deliver on time (so say's many) and they 'hide' unhappy costumers comments.

If there were a "-0" star rating. I'd hit "-5" star. I ordered 3 items in early Jan. 2018 and took like 2 months to get one bag form them and then a week later the 2nd. Bit. BUT, still waiting on the other items I bought in Jan... They said it was lost in transit and they keep saying that they reordered my stuff, and it will be in the mail the next day... Bought like $120 worth stuff and I'm still waiting... So its going on 3 months and I have like 4 emails from them saying its been routed to me. I lost out on a new customer and was hoping to try their router bits... DONE... won't buy from this company ever!

I Ordered (AND PAID FOR) 6 sets of the Hole saw drill bits January 9th 2018 through a FaceBook advertisement. On February 5th (25 days later) I finally received a bubble wrap package via US Postal Service containing only one of the 6 sets with no packing slip. So I assumed the other sets were on their way and would arrive soon. After waiting a few more weeks, on March 6th, I emailed their customer support < *******@stuffnice.com > / (James Jeff (Support) to inquire as to when I could expect the rest of the items I had purchased. To which I received a similar email response as several above requesting videos and pictures. After many emails back and forth (14 actually) explaining over and over that I do NOT have a packing slip, nor did I ever receive one, and that I discarded the plastic bubble wrap package that the item came in; I've started to think that I may have been scammed.
Now that I have taken the time time to research this company (Stuffnice) I realize that I have undoubtedly been scammed by these crooks. Apparently, I am luckier than some because I received one of the items. However, I have been ripped off for over $110.00 (What I paid for the 5 sets that have yet to be received) I am also disappointed with FaceBook for allowing such a company to prey on their clients. Thankfully I used PayPal and may be able to use the purchase protection feature they offer. What a pain...:(
Oh, By the way, the quality if the merchandise is not very good either. Not that I was really expecting it to be.

I so wish I would have read the reviews about this company before I ordered from them. I ordered on January 4th, now on Jan 30 I still have not received items. When contacting support I received the standard automated response of we are reviewing your case, then heard nothing from them for about a week, and only then after asking for my money back. Items supposedly have been shipped, but according to shipping status is still sitting in China as of January 26th, the last entry. I would not trust StuffNice as far as I can through them!

Order placed on December 5,2017 arrived today (January 24,2018). Delivered in cheap bubble wrap bag and inside was my $70.00 item -- IN A ZIP LOCK FOOD STORAGE BAG! Kept getting updated "tracking info" from them, which was a joke as there was no actual info available. The website says shipping takes 10-20 working days if item is in stock. Nothing at time order was placed said item wasn't in stock. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift. WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN. Zero stars should be an option.

Dear Gullible Shoppers, Do not ever do the mistake of buying from these guys. I just purchased a 2 pcs 3D Knee Guard from Stuffnice they charged me USD 38.95 a piece. I saw the same product today on Ebay for just 3.50 can you believe it they are 10 times more expensive. They ripped me off. They are Chinees cheats be careful. If you see something you like on their site 1st google it with the same details, I am sure you will find it on Ebay or Amazon.

STUFFNICE.COM SELLS $#*!! We ordered an handsfree iphone holder for the car and the thing fell apart after a couple of months leaving a piece inside the iphone which meant the charging jack socket needed to be replaced for $149. Customer service said they had a guarantee of only 30 days. STUFFNICE ARE IDIOTS SELLING $#*!!

Do not order from this company, they are horrible. They have an outrageous return policy, you have to send a video of the defective product. Plus you ONLY have 14 days to return but it takes days for them to get back to you. We ordered these charging stations that would hold our phones while we were driving but we could still use for GPS etc... they won't work if you have a case on your phone, who uses a charger and takes their case off... complete JUNK. What a waste of $40.00
