I paid what was required to get a service, but at this point I can't get my assignment. I don't know why. I keep sending messages but not assignment despite the expert sent me an email it was ready.
Hi there! Have you tried contacting out Support team? They'd gladly help you with getting your paper. The problem is, you haven't completed the payment. As soon as you do, you will be able to download the file by simply clicking on it in your chat with the expert.

We have a flexible refund policy which allows you to request a refund if your expert didn't follow the instructions.
