We ordered a suit over 2 months out from our wedding, paid $1,300NZD for it. 3 weeks out from the wedding, we get an email to inform us that the fabric is no longer available due to there being a misprint on the fabric. We asked for a full refund, and only got the refund for the suit which was disappointing, seeing as we wasted our time and money going through the fabric sample and trial suit experience too. Very disappointed with the email support, no apology at all.

I skeptically used Studio Suits for a wedding. I had plenty of time to get another if I wasn't happy. The online process was easy to navigate and the directions for taking measurements were amazing. Mind you it's best to have a partner or friend to help with this.

I placed my order and sat back to wait. I was emailed by a customer service representative who wanted to confirm a few measurements which they determined might be wrong and wanted me to verify them.

After doing this (and finding out they were right) I again waited. Soon enough I got my new suit and it fit amazing, the material was very nice and the quality was supreme.

I couldn't have been more happy with my purchase. I've since adjusted 2 measurements very slightly for a better fit and have ordered my second and third suit from them.

The value and handmade measurements are well worth the slight order and lead time for delivery.

I've used other large brick and mortar stores before to buy a suit and feel like Studio Suits is far better in quality and affordability.

I'll order my suits from here forever.

I had selected the coat online and sent my measurements in. Paul got me a perfect fit with taking some off the shoulders.

My husbands waist size is 36, but the tweed trousers did not fit around his waist. They were accurately sized, but he couldn't even zip them. And when I asked to exchange them for a 38, you said no

Great user interface. Very enjoyable experience. Support is quick and responds quickly, suit came in a nice box. Had to be dry cleaned since it came alittle wrinkled due to packaging. However, I expected that needed to he done. Amazing. I will be buying from this site again.

My initial experience was very positive, ordered seven leather three-piece suit, no problem, ordered a Italian fabric black paisley, the waistcoat came back too long, the other waistcoat with lapels were made without the full collar, as my other suits were made, contact Customer Service, A complete nightmare, had me jumping over hurdles, jumping through hoops, and In the end, refuse to address my issues. All in total I spent over $3500, was interested in even ordering more suits, but the way I was treated through customer service, I will never order anything else from them, their process is one of discouragement, hoping you will give up!

Very unfortunate, very good on the front end, nightmare on the back in, can't be trusted to resolve issues related to any problems, I would discourage anyone trying to do business with this company, not to do it!
