I've had two corduroy jackets made, one brown and the other was black.
Also a three piece grey pinstriped suit that is really nice.
The problem is that I've tried it on and the fit is great but so far to date I haven't been anywhere in it.

Nothing was symmetrical with this suit and basically all measurements I had triple checked with three different tailors were off on the product they sent me. See the pictures for yourself. I ordered the Thomas Shelby Gray Tweed Suit and look at what I got.

I ordered a custom suit with specific measurements down to.25 of an inch. All of these specification were fields on the custom ordering part of the website. All fields were filled out precisely and I have screenshots of those measurements along with some being listed in my receipts. The suit I received in the mail had 50% of the measurements completely wrong from.25 of an inch to over three (3) inches from the measurements I provided. This massive difference in measurements has rendered this suit unusable to me without significant tailoring and additional cost. I attempted to resolve the issue with the company, even providing detailed photos with measurements and have only been told various versions of "these are custom hand made garments, we use more hand made techniques, these garments may have some differences" which is NOT listed ANYWHERE on their website which I also took screenshots of. I have all emails saved with the company demonstrating a lack of willingness to rectify the situation, only offering me $25 for tailoring which would barely cover tailoring a single leg of the pants. The product I ordered and the one I received are in no way the same and again, completely unusable and they are refusing to remedy things.

I ordered a custom suit for my wedding and customer service reached out to encourage me to purchase a trial suit to make sure that the measurements were correct (as my suit was being made from an expensive material). The trial suit was a non-refundable price of $100, but I was happy to do this to confirm that my suit would fit correctly. I let customer service know that the suit was for my wedding and that my groomsmen would also be purchasing suits through the company, assuming I was happy with the product.

I followed the measurement instructions online as accurately as possible, however the trial suit was generally smaller than expected. This was not a problem, as that was the point of purchasing the trial suit. I sent updated measurements and my suit arrived. This process was ~3 months of intermittent communication with customer service. When I went to get matching jackets for my groomsmen, the suit was no longer available. I reached out and was informed that the material had been discontinued.

Customer service knew this suit was for my wedding and that I would be ordering for groomsmen, however never warned me that supplies were low or prompted me to check supplies for the group prior to the suit being constructed. I have invested $800+ into a suit that I will not be able to use for my wedding. Their refund/return policy is non-negotiable and they accept zero responsibility for the situation. Their only suggestion is to buy a new suit for myself and my groomsmen in a single order. They did not offer any sort of discount or expedited services.

I should note that the suit that I did receive was a nice quality and I would have liked to utilize it for my wedding. Unfortunately, this isn't possible. I understand that there are inherent risks with buying custom suits online. I am giving a one-star review because the instructions for measurements were not helpful, their refund policy is non-compromising for special circumstance, and customer service can often take days to respond. I am very surprised to see that this company has so many positive reviews for customer satisfaction.

Ordered this suit for our wedding using my fiance's measurements. We upgraded for a waist coat and full lining. The fabric is beautifully soft, the perfect color, and enough stretch for comfort without sacrificing shape. We will require some tailoring in the thigh area as they came a bit baggy, but that is likely my fault in airing on the larger side when taking measurements. After receiving it and being pleased with the craftsmanship, we placed another order for the best man's suit.

Studio Suits had the most options of colors, styles, and materials. It was great getting to customize everything too. I appreciate their guidance and timeliness on the product.

I received my first suit recently with a fit guarantee. The jacket and the trousers arrived within about 3 weeks from the point it was ordered, which is terrific. Both the jacket and the trousers required significant alterations, but given the fit guarantee, and this was not a problem, so I am expecting my new suit within the next couple of weeks...will keep review as 'provisional' and as an intermediate review and will follow up upon my receipt of the new suit.

Efficient and easy! Due to last minute scheduling changes revolving around my friend's wedding, I needed my suit shipped to me earlier than anticipated. The customer service was incredible and they were able to accommodate that. I'm pleased with my experience.

Customer service contacted me saying that the designers said the measurements of my body were less than "ideal." When I told them that the tone of the email was impolite and requested to cancel my order they initially promised a refund only to go back on their word days later because the suit was already in production. They then emailed me again to say that the size was "wrong." How can the suit be in production if they don't have the size? Customer service lied to me and insulted me multiple times.

Great for weddings, Everyone loved my wedding suit.

Jacket looks and fits perfectly. But pants were too small. I have too many suits that are all the same size and fit great, but these pants are much smaller for supposedly being the same size as my others. The waist is one size too small and the crotch depth is much shorter than any pair of suit pants have, so short they are unwearable.

I was disappointed to learn that there is a no return. No refund policy. The quality, fit, and material weight are not correct. Any other company would allow return with full refund. This was not a custom order.
