It's tough to get a suit online. For all involved i'm sure. I wish they had local contacts that could do proper measurements - even for a cost. But, i'm sure that would be hard to work with competitors
Order received in a timely manner and very pleased with the jacket.
Item doesn't fit. Customer service requests you to jump through hoops. They refuse to acknowledge their mistake and replace the garmet. Total rip off, go to a real menswear store.
Don't being mandated to use PayPal or option like that. Middleman complicates thing.

Studio Suits did everything possible to ensure that I was happy with the pants. That included sending me another pair for free that were large enough to account for the shrinkage.

This was my first experience having a jacket custom made and I am very impressed by the quality of the work.
I put in the measurements from a shirt that fits great as it was directed. Everything fits great except for the arms -they were too tight. I was expecting it to fit like the shirt I gave the size of. I am not sure where I went wrong. I waited for a month for it to arrive so it was a little over the time they stated on the website. The fabric quality feels good and if it was the right fit it could have been a nice shirt.

I measured myself and did custom fits. Suit came in small. I was worried about it fitting small when i was measuring myself, so i added a little bit more to my measurements just in case. My pants came in fitting super tight around my thighs. I did order tapered pants, but these came more like skinny jeans. My jacket looks short on me, and i measured following the directions, and the jacket is also pretty tight around my arm pits. I read the return policy and unfortunately it's going to be a bigger pain to deal with it so I'll just end up ordering another suit and hoping that this one fits.
Excellent. Good, clean website with good product images and an excellent selection.
Fit was not what was ordered it was much tighter fitting than others of the same size
