I was a bit skeptical at the price vs. the picture and thought no way this is real. But it was a good experience from beginning to end. I had to reach out on the shipment time but it was received in time for Christmas.

Customer service, fabric quality and selection all met expectation, but construction of the suit was a bit disappointing.

We have never bought a suit before and this was for high school graduation so had to be perfect. The measurements we submitted were a little bit different to what they expected so they contacted us directly to ensure that they were correct. We agreed on the advice of studio suits to have a trial suit made from inexpensive fabric and this was the best advice. We had to make some adjustments and the final suit was everything that we needed it to be, so happy.

My pants got left off my original order. I wasn't happy b/c I didn't get an invoice so I couldn't see that the pants had gotten left off. This way I could have brought it to their attention immediately. After "several" emails, it got fixed but, I didn't get an adjustments for the error. Think they should have offered something for the screw up.
