It did take a lil long to arrive.
This has been made for my son who is made on camo clothing so wanted a camo suit for my wedding. The correspondence was excellent checking sizing before making the suit. Having taken delivery the suit is excellent quality. The material feels lovely. And suit fits great. Just waiting for the day to wear it now.
I am looking forward to more purchases. I received the jacket two days before the expected delivery date.
Everything went smoothly and it was expected to arrive in time for Christmas. Then I received a notice that it would arrive many days late, missing Christmas altogether. Ten there was a follow-up notice that it would arrive in time and it did.

It was a little short and a little tight. Maybe I should have gotten better measurements, but that's what it is. However, the suit itself is good and the shipping was quick.

Can you use my measurements that are on file?
If this worked I would have been a big fan. Measurements were either wrong from my part or lost in translation. So unfortunately it's not very usable and my local tailor can't fix the problem (jacket too short), buttholes too high. Several other things went very well though so if you get lucky with the measurements its a great way to add to your wardrobe.
I have wanted a Harris Tweed jacket more many years. Now I have one made just for me at a price I could afford.
After purchasing, they double checked to make sure they understood how my measurements affected the customized suit.
The add says easy returns, that is a lie. Additionally, the customer service is terrible, the fit is awful, and the quality of the garment is subpar at best. I tried reaching out for help, either in the form of resizing the garment or a simple return as stated in the ad. I was advised via email that "we'll give you 30% off your next purchase". Why in the world would I even consider doing business with a crooked company lacking integrity run by dirty, crooked people, whose primary goal is to cheat people. Absolutely Awful, STAY AWAY from this company.
First things first, the tailored coat doesn't fit front or back. So little that even the tailor can't do anything anymore. 80€ customs fees were added on top, return not possible. Voucher for next order was offered, as if I was throwing more money into this hole. Just plain fraud.
