Ordered 2 items. Xl was too big so ordered a large and they sent XL again and won't do anything about it. I am out 2 items that don't fit sitting in a closet. I begged them to help and do something and they wouldn't. Communication is terrible and take forever to answer emails. The 2 wrong size hats took forever to get here
