Not bad for my first time ordering from this company.
Order, communications, shipment, timing and the products are exactly as we expected them to be.
Ordering was easy, though I was unable to find shipping schedule until order was placed. Order should arrive in time for my event.
Difficult to find shipping information. Needed to arrive in 6 weeks minimum
The seersucker suit was a really nice option for a spring prom. The material was nice, but the pants came in 2 inches shorter than the measurement I gave with my order which meant I had to pay for more alterations. There were also a couple of stains on the jacket when we received the delivery. Both issues were disappointing but my son looked really nice anyway after we had the pants altered.

The site recommended me say that. I'd say its pretty true, though the detail on the measurements could have been a little more precise and thorough. I'm only saying that as someone who's never taken his own measurements before, so it may be different if you have a reference suit that already fits you or you've done this kind of thing before.
Customer service is beyond any expectation I had. Even reached out to me when some measurements didn't make sense and luckily i re measured other wise my suit would not of fit
Site is pretty easy to get around. This order was to get a matching jacket for my suit. Kids suits fit well. My suit was a very slim fit. Best thing to do is get all your measurements done prior and order it with that. Only issue I ran into was no suit ship wanted to measure me for an outside purchase.

Got the swatches, but decided we are going to use a suit company/store in our city. Don't want to deal with measuring online and not being able to try it on.
The good about studio suits...the sizing has been excellent I have ordered a bunch of suits and shirts and they all fit live a glove...I have unusual measurements neck 18.5 inches, height 5'9, arm lengith 76 inches.yet studio suits have always delivrered on the sizing...the bad...on one suit they sent the wrong color...on another two suits they added the cigarette shoulder...the suits are perfectly fine...just one was wrong color...

It is very important the taylor complete my shirt order with specific 3/4" higher collar and french cuff.
I have now purchased some 6 suits, pants and shirts from Studiosuits and have only had 1 issue with fit that was immediately corrected. Great company to do business with.
I love StudioSuits! I have placed something like 6-7 orders from them so far and only had 1 single item that wasn't spot on. I highly recommend these guys if you are looking for a made-to-measure suit.

The user experience during the ordering process is very good with all the detailed measuers and many custom details available.
Mostly good experience but the product does not fit which is upsetting as this should be a major outcome of a tailor made suit.
