Website was easy and customer service did expedite order for me but suit went to Goodwill donation pile immediately. Never wore it
They respond quickly when asked. Shipping is good. I have no other comments to make here that I didn't make elesewhere in this form.
The payment method is confusing as it charged twice: to my bank account and to my Paypal account. I am waiting for one refund. If it was my mistake, then it is not clear enough.
Jacket is tight for a 44R. Material is stiffer than I hoped. Also material is thicker than I imagined. The shoulders are padded. I was looking for a more relaxed fit.

So impressed with the quality and variety of fabrics, the quality of tailoring, the price and the customer service.
The site seems to offer custom measurements. Highly suggest providing your measurements to ensure the fit. Ill give 5 stars because each item is hand made, and great matierial. Mine doesn't quite fit my arms/shoulders like my other same sizes but each brand if you will does fit slightly different. I would order again with complete measurements giving them a chance at a custom taylor and see how it came in.

We needed a cheap suit for a wedding and this is what we got. It was like a paper plate - throw away after one use.
A pressing prior to shipping would have been nice. The jacket lining was hanging down at the back when I tried it on. I took to my dry cleaner to press it back into place. A quality control person would have caught this with an inspection prior to shipping. The jacket feels closer to a size 50 than 48, but it's not a problem.
Took 3 weeks to hear they didn't have my original fabric, then they suggested a new fabric. I asked for a refund and they refused to accommodate me. This company is horrible! BUYER BEWARE!
