The website, selection, and customization options have all been excellent. It's a little premature to ask for feedback, however, since I just placed the order.
I ordered a shirt and a suit. Both were delivered pretty fast (besides the one week it took for UPS to finalize the delivery locally...) and well packaged. The shirt ended up being too tight around the forearms, but the suit fits nicely. I'm quite impressed, considering that I made all the measurements myself. I'm sure that a slight adjustement on the shirt settings will give good results for a next order.

I looked into this company to potentially provide suits for my upcoming wedding. The prices are great and it would've been convenient to have them delivered since not all my groomsmen live in the same area. Unfortunately, I was discouraged by mixed reviews and their no-refund/return policy. Maybe they have great suits, but I wasn't willing to risk it. Especially for a wedding. Yes, you can order cheap swatches, but does that really tell the full story of how a suits going to look and feel on you? Not in my opinion.
