Ask if they think some mesurements are off and asks if that is the right size and ask to double check if they think it might be looking to big or to small

I've ordered several items here. The fabric, tweed, is of very good quality. The website is easy to use, and the measurement guide is easy to follow. Cutsomer service is nice and helpful. However, I feel that what the items lack is consistency. There are noticable differences between individual pieces of clothing, even though the measurements are the same. I understand that handwork will result in different results, but at worst the pieces deviate from the submitted measurement by upto almost an inch. The clothes were completed in relatively short time, maybe letting the seamstresses spend an extra day pr. Item would help them make the clothes more accurate to the submitted measurement. Still, given these variations, they are still usable, comfortable and stylish.

Came in with low expectations and I was pleasantly surprised! Great suit at a great price.

Замучали сообщениями. В итоге получил костюм из нормального льна - но зимний - на подклпде (чисто индийский вариант, как в индийском кино). Плюс - было сказано, что это Италия, но товар идет из Мумбая - еще заплатил за растаможку.
Размер пиджака 56 (европейский, о чем вынимали мне мозг 2недели), оказался размером, наверное 66, не меньше.
Брюки отлично сели

Overall experience was okay, but unfortunately, suit was not as expected.

All positive rates for StudioSuits here must have been paid for. Let me explain.

I ordered a tuxedo suit for a wedding. I reviewed their measurements online and matched to the suits I own. I have around 5 different brands suits I own. Also, way too many to count on dress shirts. These all have same fitting. I use 38s for jacket and 32/30 for slacks, S or 15 32/33 shirt size in slim fit. I ordered exactly that. Again, I reviewed the website for size guideline to ensure the suit was made accordingly. I didn't request measurement customized garment.

When I received the package, that took about a month to reach, the jacket was the only part that fit. The tux shirt was loose, but sleeves were perfect. The neck though was fit for a newborn bodysuit. The trousers/pants/slacks had perfect length but the inseam was very, very short. The waist was for a size 29" pant.

I emailed countless times. I was asked to even video how measurements were taken, asked to take the garments to a seamstress to get measurements. At the end of the ordeal, they were not wrong... I was.

I took pictures of around 5 other dress pants; multiple shirts and they denied either replacing or refunding.

I don't tend to write reviews but I don't want to have others experience such a waste of money. I paid $600 for the tuxedo.

Their customer service responds after 24 hrs. Of your contact. The responses would be same. And they claim the garments are made on order, not readily available, reason why they don't refund. They did offer a $50 discount to order a new tuxedo...

Everything was great about the online shopping experience. Probably as premium as one could get shopping online.

I didn't put in quite the correct measurements but other than that the suit is great.
