Their selection is second to none, their customer service is high quality and the craftsmanship is, well, done by skilled craftsman. The final product is highly satisfying and a quaily build.

The service from the beginning was incredible. I made a mistake on my measurements and they caught it and had me fix it. I've never owned a suit, so I had no clue where to start.

I ordered one suit and then felt it was the wrong color after more thoroughly looking through the color options. I tried to cancel the first suit after ordering a different color, but didn't get a response until after it was in production which was too late. I was a little bummed with how long it took them to respond to me and had they been more on top of their requests, I probably could have cancelled the order… but i get that these are custom suits and can be refunded once in production. The first suit came and it definitely still needed some tailoring. That could definitely be my fault since I measured my fiancé at home and we didn't have a professional do it. But the first suit still needs to be tailored. I'm still waiting on the second suit. Their service is great and they knew I ordered two, so they are using updated measurements to make the second suit fit better, I'll update my review depending on how that one fits.

Experience was good overall. Suit came with a small hole so they gave me a $25 gift certificate for future use.

I ordered two suits, one suit was perfect from the quality to the fit. I guess I was supposed to respond back to let the designer know my suit fit. I've ordered suits from other vendors and never had this issue. Anyways the other suit had to be cancelled since it would not make it by my event despite me ordering ahead of the websites estimated time.

Customer service was helpful, but only reimbursed me after I pushed for it.

Overall my experience was good. I just felt the quality of the seamstress was a little lacking that no one caught the mistake as far as the 4 buttons on each sleeve were overlapping each other vs. next to each other. I had to take it to a tailor to get the buttons redone.

Great shopping experience. This is my third suit I've gotten from Studio Suits. The suits and fabrics used are of great quality and tailored perfectly. Shipping is also fast.
