Delivered undamaged. Packing very carefully. The look, color, texture were exquisite. The tailoring is the usual perfect.

I ordered a suit jacket for my husband for Christmas on December 4,2020. I did not get a confirmation. There is not contact or phone number to reach them. I contacted them through email so many times I cannot not count. It is now May 18,2021. I sent them emails asking about my order and a month later I get an email asking for measurements that I have replied to at least 4 times. Each time the letter is exactly the same with a different team member. At this point I don't know where this company is located and have gotten no service or real response from them. I have ask to cancel this order at this point and return my monies. No response. I believe that the great reviews on this site are FAKE REVIEWS!

THEY ARE LIARS AND SCAMMERS. I ordered two blazers from Studio Suits. One blazer arrived and was too small, the body of the suit was too small, and the sleeves were too small. Inside the box with the suit was a notecard which contained the disclaimer that the suit was a "trial suit" and that once given the correct measurements, Studio Suits would tailor the suit and send the correct size. Boy, was that a lie. Not only do they not include shipping when you attempt to send a jacket back. After contacting Studio Suits and asking them about how to get the tailoring they promised, they informed me that I would have to pay for shipping myself AAAAND pay a fee to have tailoring done. They are the ones that said the jacket was a trial jacket and they would send the real jacket after receiving measurements! They ARE LIARS. I bit the bullet, so I would not have to keep a too small jacket that I paid almost $300 for, and paid about $100 to send the jacket back to India, then, low and behold, I never got the jacket back. Not to mention, I never got the second jacket to begin with. Then Studio Suits attempted to dispute with my credit card company, knowing that they're the scammers.

Any good reviews Studio Suits has is from an employee themselves or from someone who just got lucky. These people are terrible. The suits are cheaply made and the customer service is EVEN WORSE. These people are some flat out SCAMMERS. Go with a reputable suit company before spending any of your money with these people. Don't say no one told you because this is your warning.

I order a lot of things and when I get a please confirm receipt request with no list of what it is that seems unprofessional to me.

BUYER BEWARE! Having such a HORRIFIC experience regarding a "custom" piece I ordered that came completely incorrect and cost me 300$ to fix before the event I had to wear it to. This has gone on for months now and they refuse to accept responsibility. All you get are effusive emails filled with double talk and empty words! BUYER BEWARE!

Very detailed and I like the options for customisation

Website is easy to use, customization was a breeze, shipped quickly. The fabric had an odor but some refresher and sunshine took care of it and the sleeves were a little long compared what I normally get in that size. I would order again and just add a note in the custom instructions. Thank you!

Order groom and groomsmen suits... 8 in total. All of them said their jackets were too small. When talking to customer service they $#*!ed me around with one response per day and in the end told me it was my fault and they would give us 25% off alterations... alterations can't even be done because they don't leave enough fabric to work with. Extremely upsetting especially because of how much money was spent. Quality of the suit was okay but the sizing was absolute trash. Pants all seemed to fit well.

This is great that there are many options however the sizing can be a little difficult if you have never been fitted before and or just know your sizes from your country. I asked for a size 34 jacket but there sizing chart only goes up to 36. It took 3 emails throughout the process but I like that they were responsive and took the time to verify that they didn't understand my sizing. However, once they understood my suit was shipped out the next 2 days and I received it within less than a week. Quality was A1 and just in time for my birthday gathering. It would make sense to have multiple sizing charts that would help the ordering process. Overall I had a great experience and I will definitely be order from Studio suits again.

I ordered a double breasted overcoat from Studio Suits. In a separate email, I specifically asked that the peak lapels looked exactly like the ones shown in the photos on the website. In a reply I was assured that my request would be forwarded to the "designers". When I received the overcoat I was disappointed to find that my request was not honored. Either I was lied to by customer service and they never forwarded my request, or the "designers" in Mumbai, India just didn't give a s**t and wanted to save material. The lapels on the overcoat do not look like they are pictured on the website. Cheap company, uncaring customer service and horrible "designer" employees. Stay away from these people.

They have been great! Had a rushed order for a wedding and Bryan and Pearl answered all my questions and have made extra efforts to accomodate the express time frames and delievered when they said. Less than 2 week time frame
