It was easy to set up and pay….let's see how everything turns out…so far so good 😊 …I finally received the garment and it's a complete disaster….construction and fit are terrible…I now see why they have a no return or refund policy.

It's been a mixed bag. While Terry's customer service is great I feel that some designers are better than others. On ******* my Italian Black Scuelo and solbiati cotton line Elvina came perfectly. The Campari Jet Blue Checks, not so much as only the jack fit well.

I have order five outfits this year and had great service but my last order was a night mare, because this was a summer linden outfit I order early July so I would have it for a special summer event, I was informed that there was a delay in getting the fabric from the mill and I would receive it the last week of
July. But that did not happen the real problem was very poor customer service there were several E mails sent asking for an up date and every time I kept getting the same response it is in production regarless of what I wrote in the e mail it was never address even when I ask for information on how to cancel the order. No phone numbers for customer to call and speak to a real person, I hope this request does not go un notice.

I ordered this shirt for my wedding and was very happy with it! The quality was great and the pattern very fun/unique. It fit as expected. I received many compliments!

Studio suits were great in describing what measurments needed taking and it was a simple process. Order was shipped and delivered very quickly and within the time estimated. Jacket and shirt fit perfectly however trousers were too big around the waist and had to be adjusted - might be due to wearing the trousers lower personally though.

Ordered suit and shirt. I did miss a confirmation email that delayed my order as I had larger than average measurements, but they worked with me and we got it right.

Sent in my measurements, got a great suit a few days later. Good stuff.

This is now the third suit that I have ordered from studiosuits. The suits have the finest high-quality material. Again, I am well pleased with your product line. Studiosuits leaves enough material for additional alternations which I needed for the most recent purchase.

The pants are just OK. The texture of the cotton is not what I expect for chinos. They are a finer cotton that rumples easily and don't have as much body as chinos. The cut of the leg is very wide, not as pictured. The length was incorrect and I had to have them hemmed by a third party.
After ordering, I did not hear a word for a few weeks and I was concerned that I would not be receiving them in time for the event that they were purchased for. I emailed and did receive prompt attention and the pants were then shipped immediately.

Simple and easy. As I said before not cheap if you live in the UK however the materials and the stitching cloth and sizing are first rate.

If this is your first time ordering from StudioSuits, I strongly encourage you to go with "Fit Guarantee" suit option. I did not. Even after providing the exact same measurements as my wedding suit, which still fits like a glove, this fit of this suit came in quite "off". The sleeves are quite short. The chest is way too large (although this does a nice job making me look like a club security guard). The pants are baggy and way too long. Honestly, not at all what I was hoping for.
On the plus side, the shoulder width is decent, the waist size was spot on, and the quality of materials are nice. It's also pretty impressive to be able to order a custom material tailored suit at this price point...I just wish it actually fit well out of the box.
