Great second order... so far my purchases have been better than my other purchases... I was scared at first (I tend to think online stuff are scams) but I couldn't be happier... my shirt is a little tight in cuffs but thats my fault for giving slightly too small of measurements.

I am a repeat customer. Again the old values for customer service, excellent craftsmanship quality of materials used. Why would you go anywhere else.?

Website and process was laid out easy enough. Perhaps some of the explanations for building your measurement profile could be clearer. Suit came at a decent time from order. Slight bunching behind arms is my only complaint, hardly noticeable. Again, ordering via online instead on a in person tailor, there is always risk. It also could have been because of the tweed material.

Lots of customisation available. Clear and easy to follow instructions. First suit was great so ordered for the remainder for our wedding party - all five suits arrived quickly and fit perfectly! Why would you go anywhere else?

This is definitely worst experience I have ever had. Seamstress made a mistake and company not just refuse to refund me( after all proofs I showed on pic with a mesuretype) they even refused to pay me for alterations. Doesn't make sense to order a suit from India with terrible customer service. You will loose money.

Good on the front end, horrible on the back end, i ordered a total of seven three piece suits, on the seventh i had issues with the waistcoat being made too long, the customer service department has me jumping through hoops in an attempt to discourage me from filling a claim, at the end, they just stop communicating. Mind you, my total spent was $3500, they were trying to beat me out of a $140 waistcoat, doesn't sound like good business to me, but just a reflection of their culture of deceit, very disappointing was looking at doing even more business, but not after the experience!

I NEEDED A CAPTAINS JACKET AT SHORT NOTICE AND VISITED THE SITE, EASY TO CHOOSE WITH ADDED OPTIONS ALSO, BRILLIANT SERVICE.

The pockets on my overcoat were way too high. They sat at my stomach above my waist. Unhappy with this I emailed studiosuits and included pictures. They told me "that's how it's made", and offered me a minor gift certificate for my next order. I responded saying it wasn't enough, my complaint is completely justified, and they should make me a new coat. Their response, it's not "cost feasible." The overcoat itself is fine. The fabric is not the kind of weight where it will keep you warm on cold winter nights. It's more for style.

Although the thoroughness of the measurement process was intimidating, the suit arrived promptly and is a perfect fit. I brought it to my tailor to double check it and she told me it was perfect and she wouldn't change anything. She also commented on how good the quality of the fabric and the stitching is.
