Easy to take measurements and pay, timely received and great quality.

The website could be improved by better colour rendering and organisation of options. There are so many choices it was almost accidental that I found what I was looking for.
But overall the service and the product are very good and the liaison with the order processing was exceptionally so.
Very satisfied.

Had to get the suit re-tailored because the jacket did not button properly and fit awkwardly around the torso. Not sure how someone would have make the suit and not realized the off fitting

We ordered a custom Haberdasher Green suit with a vest for my fiancé. Our experience was excellent and we got the suit in the exact time frame they specified. After seeing this suit in person, we decided to have our groomsmen order from them as well.

Most Simplified Setup compared to any other website

I ordered 2 suit jackets. I wish I would have gotten them both at the same time. They both fit perfectly and are made well. I am happy with them, I just wish they would have come at the same time. They explained to me that this is a courtesy to me at their expense, etc. But, I still wish they would have sent the suits at the same time. I was not aware of this service and did not want it. After the fact, I still didn't want it.

My tan courdoroy suit arrive in time a fitted perfectly. Will be ordering again in the near future.

I have requested some changes but that is my fault - the suit has been beautifully made perfectly to the measurements I requested.

The product was slightly different in person. The material could have lined up better. Little tight in the upper thighs. Overall I am satisfied.

The full custom suit again as expected arrived exactly as specified. Thank you StudioSuits. This experience however is about Customer Service. I had a deadline request. Though I did not want them to rush and suffer the quality. It was simple, I made the request, and studioSuits saw it through. Package arrived earlier then expected and in pristine quality.

Jacket sizing was difficult and still may not fit.

The experience was perfect. Sent in measurements, and received a suit in short order that was actually tailored correctly. I couldn't be happier.
