My experience was a bit odd. The site seemed professional but no where did It mention that the blazer was final sale because it was "custom made" to my body when all I did was fill in my jacket size.

Jacket fit perfect. I received many compliments on how nice the jacket was.

I ordered a tweed haberdasher dark green suit for my wedding. It arrived within a few weeks, was a bargain, and was very well-made. The custom fit was well-done and only needed minimal adjustments. It's a nicer suit than several others I bought at Men's Warehouse for twice the price. Would highly recommend.

Received jacket with defect on the lapel. I have sent 2 emails to their customer service and have received NO response. I will be pursuing a refund thru my credit card company.

Placing my order and communicating with the company was smooth and easy.
DHL Shipping was not impressive. I was alerted to contact them to have my order delivered, I spent hours on the phone and emailing without much success, only to find out that the order was transferred to USPS and delivered a few days later.

It was the second blazer I bought and after that, I ordered another one, so I am totally satisfied. Just one aspect they can improve on: when we have an item that we are not completely satisfied with, it might be possible to return it for correction. I'll give you an example: after this last blazer arrived, I found out that I could have opted for the Working Cuff Buttons, but it's not possible to return it to make this change at our expense.

The suit fits well for the most part but the color of the suit is a bit different irl than on the website and the biggest disappointment were the buttons that were supposed to be a caramel brown ended being so orange they needed to be replaced

This is, I believe, my third order with Studiosuits. Very good service, very good product. I will continue to buy from Studiosuits.

I had to take the vest to a tailor to be able to use it, and the jacket is basically useless. Short and poorly made. The pants, the cap and the tie are fine. But it has been money misused.

StudioSuits STOLE $290 from me for a sport jacket advertised as Italian Organic Silk Lacente, the jacket was shipped, crumbled up in a small garment box, not a suit jacket box. The jacket is made with CHEAP cotton/linen type material, lapels have no form, flimsy shape. Professional measurements were provided, jacket not made to those specifications. The material and craftsmanship are Substandard at Best! I should have trusted my better judgement and NOT ordered from a Company where no address or phone number is listed on the website. Only contact possible is via email. SAVE your $$$ and purchase from a reputable men's clothing website or find men's store or tailor near you!

We ordered a total of 6 suits for the Pasek and Blanchet wedding. All the suits came in perfect the right color and fit. Mine however was a crazy check pattern. If you look at the other orders all the suits are light gray. I attempted to order the same suit in slightly darker gray. You already shared with me you shipped what I ordered. That might be true and maybe the mistake was mine. I will most certainly will not be wearing the suit you shipped. As the father of the bride, no the suit is not appropriate.
However, I think when 5 of the 6 suits are fine and there is an issue with one your response was basically " to bad there is nothing we can do". I would think a good company would do something. Plus my measurements are not some strange size. A 42R jacket and 33 waists is probably one of the more common sizes. You could offer to take my suit back with a 50% refund. You could probably sell it in a couple weeks at full price with a few minor alterations. Not a good way to run a business when a group orders a total of 6 suits from you company. I do not expect I will hear anything back from you except……To bad

Pants arrived and were far too tight, I cant even bend down in them. The jacket on the other hand fit perfectly. Sizing is always going to be a challenge when first ordering which is completely understandable. However, they did not seem to want to help me correct the issue on this pair I received or any others moving into the future. I asked multiple times what I needed to change, including my measurements as well as the "cut style" and they didn't seem to have a very good answer, nor did they want to help me fix the issue. A bit disappointing...
