The item of clothing that I received looked nothing like the picture advertised

I reached out to the studio suits team to determine if my suit would come in time for a wedding, and the ensured that it would. 2 weeks for delivery time was impressive, so was the quality and fit of the suit. For the amount I paid for the suit, I was expecting a good suit and I received one.

The measurements you submit are used just as only a reference. They'll make a terribly fitting suit and then refuse to remake it or give you a refund.

Purchased a Taffy Pink suit as the website photos showed a slightly purplish, muted pink what looked a bit different but still semi formal. No fabric sample was available from site but went ahead and bought.

Item delivered was bright pink and, frankly, horrendous, as well as being ill fitting (despite forking out extra £80 for trial suit to fine tune measurements).

Studiosuits refuse to acknowledge that the suit is a different colour and have offered nothing in the way of an apology or compensation. £320 wasted.

Bought the jackets for a wedding. They came earlier than expected which was great. Good quality and the sizing is correct.

Quick and easy instructions for ordering a custom garment. I was surprised at how well everything fit.

I ordered a suit. It a) arrived way too late, b) had many mistakes. The right side of the blazer was longer than the left side and fabric wasn't sewed in correctly, but hanging loose. And they didn't follow the measurements I gave them AND there were additional minor mistakes. Until today they refuse to make up for it. Instead they want to offer me a voucher for my next purchase, as if I would ever order from this company again. Luckily I escalated the case to paypal and due to the photo evidence I am confident that I will get my money back. I sent a separate email to paypal to strongly advice them to stop doing business with this company. If you decide to buy from studiosuits, try to use paypal, so that you can get your money back even after the 8 weeks it will take for them to deliver the suit to you.

They looked good and worked well for what I needed them for.

The suit quality was good for the money, but it did not fit. I literally used the same measurements I got from Black Tux a month earlier and their fit perfectly. My studio suits order size was waaaay off especially in the mid section.

I was very impressed with the ease of the process, but I was disappointed with the end result. While I followed the measurement instructions to the letter, the suit jacket I received is extremely tight in the arms and shoulders to the point that I can't even fully extend my arms forward. I did not realize that when I took a measurement for anything other than length I would apparently have to add at least another inch for a comfortable fit.

I purchased this suit for my brothers wedding. I had my measurements take professionally by a tailor. Submitted. And when suit was received, FAR TOO SMALL. I had not even chosen the slimmest of cuts and had to have major alterations done. 2" let out in waist, 1.5" on sleeves, as much material as availble in length of waist coat, 2" in shoulders. I immediately emailed and was told that based on the suit I purchased all that could be offered was a "discount" on a "future" purchase after submittal of a tailors invoice that alterations were made.

Excellent site, well designed and easy to use. And the sizing information and thoroughness is impressive.
