Mostly great. I needed to email the business after not hearing anything for a while but almost immediately after I contacted them they replied and shipped my suit.

You get what you pay for! I got a full suit with trousers and a vest for my wedding, and it's truly beautiful. Premiere quality and fits like a glove.

And TRUST YOUR MEASUREMENTS! Don't fall into the bias of "already knowing your waist size" based on the pants you already wear! These trousers fit better than any pair I own now!

I asked for size "X" pants. They sent pants with a tag on it that said "X," but it was not. When I asked for an exchange, their "policy" was that I needed to buy it again. Nice model for selling clothes online. Beware.

The colore, the custom and the fabric of the jacket are great. Nevertheless, beeing a French is not helpfull to find the good measurement. It's difficult, in my opinion, to find the correct size.

Everything was exactly as expected. Everything was super customizable and user friendly and the notes section was super helpful.

Poor quality material. The material is poor quality. I purchased a Lauren sport coat at the same time from Macy's, better quality and lower price.

Very easy and quick, slight fitting issue with the jacket but that's probably an error on my side.

Ordered suits for bridal party from studio suits. About 10 days before wedding suit still didn't arrive. I tried to find a phone number and there wasn't one, had to email inquire when they responded that a measurement didn't seem correct. They never reached out to me I had to initiate the discussion. Fortunately the suit came 2 days before the wedding. Overall the experience was average and a little frustrating

I received my jacket. I had to do some alterations at my tailor's, but it was a pretty good fit to begin with.

Studio Suits has been a pleasure to work with and I have already placed 4 orders with multiple garments in each including suits, shirts, pants, and even a tie.

All have been fantastic, the craftsmanship has been top notch, the fit has been bang on. I just wish turnaround was a little faster, but considering 70% of the stitching of a suit is done by hand, I'm willing to wait for that kind craftsmanship.

I wish they had silk options for shirts as well, but maybe in the future.

I had to spend an additional $75 in alterations because my suit arrived way too big despite following the instructions for dimensions/fitting.

There were some loose buttons or no buttons on the inside pocket flap.

The website was rather user friendly. It was easy to set up an account, enter my measurements and even update them as needed. I just made the order and obviously am awaiting the product but the ease of maneuvering around the website was appreciated. I have now received the suit and am pleased with the quality. They are several hours ahead of my timeframe so the communication was basically limited to 1 email per day. If they had a phone # or active chat feature, I would give them 5 stars.

Paypal did not work first time... Not sure if two payments taken? However, ordering was straight forward once all measurements taken. Ordered single breasted half lined linen suit. Colour of the fabric is darker in real life than the online picture suggests but still looks good. Fit is good on the whole, on the snug side across chest and seat of the trousers, but on the whole very good. Delivered very quickly to UK. Not sure I would order online for the higher price range as seems a bit of a risk, but that's just me. Very pleased with my suit.

I ordered this suit for a wedding.
A friend of mine in the wedding had already received his suit and found it to be too small in many areas.
Armed with this bit of information after using the website measurement process I added some inches to many of my measurements to give myself some room for error.
Unfortunately when the suit arrived it is undersized in every measurement even after adding to the actual measurements.
The suit actually started to tear when I attempted to put the jacket on.

The sizing was a bit too custom and it makes the pants especially weirdly sized. Had to take it to a tailor but ended up with what I wanted. Beautiful material get many compliments on it! Just should have ordered a ready made size? Not sure

The suit jacket ordered fit as expected. Good craftsmanship. Paid 750 domestically to get the same thing. I will be ordering suits from StudioSuits regularly.

I couldnt find the colour jackets in the shops and i took a chance with Studiosuits. I ordered the cloth samples first and they matched back to the description on the site. When the suuts arrived they were perfect. Great experience, would use again.
