Please make sure if you purchase tickets from Ticketmaster and much less try to sell them on Stubhub. I paid $720 for 2 tickets to the Andrea Bocelli concert which. Was for Sunday, April 7th's concert in Cincinnati. I had to do a rather painful procedure in that I had to have a total right hip replacement surgery. I continue Ticketmaster and they advised me to accept my tickets. Then once I did that, I proceeded.
I was very happy when Stubhub contacted me and said my tickets had sold. I was given the name and email address of the purchaser. I followed the procedure and emailed to her. I kept checking every day to see if she had received the email. I finally got a email from StubHub stating that she had accepted the tickets 2 days before her bc the concert. Somehow she claimed they were the wrong tickets. Stubhub said I would be charged an additional amount if they
Could locate other tickets for them. Well, they obviously they found the tickets because $500 was charged to my debit card. I had the correct tickets and they obviously altered the tickets. If you have read this review this far, you understand why I will NEVER-do business with this company again. This experience costs me $1220 and made Stubhub $1220 richer.
