It used to be overpriced and slow sometimes. Now it's a mere rip off. The models refuse to do what was agreed on. They double the price for the private show the moment it starts. Don't get suckered in by Stripchat. Search for fun elsewhere where you can enjoy your time for reasonable transparent price without being ripped off. I understand that girls are making money and they want to earn more. But they can't just rip you off and overcharge you. I need to know how much and for what services I'm being charged.

She is horrible for business, she become friends with users, but she always message me on WhatsApp and keeps asking for money. I explained to her that, i only give token when she is online, then she ban me.

Contacted support after I found out a model (JulieBigAssX) shared very personal info with her knight, JudeWinter. Which is a violation of the site's ToS (yes, I DID investigate, unlike support)
Support claims the model did nothing wrong, so even a warning was not appropriate.
So they overprotect their models by bending their own $#*!ing rules!
Stay away from this site!

They block you right before they're supposed to pay you claim you didn't do something. Key word here MODEL what do MODELS do they sit there. They should protect their models but they don't instead they harass you for the harasssers.

I am a model working on stripchat for a year, in fact, I totally love the job and I am working hard on my account, but after I found out that the studio I joined deducted 80% of my salary, I chose to change to a better studio, but unfortunately, this was retaliated against by my previous studio. He kept using forged evidence to report me, confusing the audit staff. Are you robbers? Deceiving me, unblocking me, and then blocking me without pay when I work, and the stripchat staff refuses to show evidence of my violation, I have sought the help of a lawyer, I will Sue you to the end, you have insulted my reputation and embezzling my income

They terminate your account without any warning, even if you've been a loyal user for years.
They keep the remaining tokens you had and refuse to refund, which is pure theft.
And the so called support is incapable of doing anything at all.
So beware, this site is a scam!

I had my Stripchat account hacked, my tokens stolen, and my CC information stolen while I was a member. They do nothing to protect you. I have repeatedly contacted them about this matter and they have completely ignored me. Stay clear of this outfit! They are bad news. Really a shame since I was really enjoying the site.

Most of models there steal our tokens for fake promises, they reach their goals but they don't fulfill them, some of them promise to satisfy you in private or in ticket shows but they start to ask for more money in order to do what you had previously paid for, finally they ban you when you protest, huh.
I talked to the customer support multiple times without any real response from there side, or maybe they don't have the proper ways to monitor what's happening on their site.
They are mocking on us, so I stopped purchasing tokens there.
Other sites are more honest than Stripchat.

I like many other customers have been scammed by multiple models on Stripchat. The classic scheme is you enter a private show with the model and she does nothing or says I don't do this or that. On one occasion a model had all options on the wheel of fortune marked as "Try Again." Several models disappeared after I paid them to completely undress. Never undressed. Many models have banned me for no apparent reason. I have spent more than $500 on Stripchat site, I have come to the conclusion that the site has too many dishonest models taking advantage of innocent customers. I cancelled my account on Stripchat and I will never return.

Firstly it's my duty to report that I've collected multiple pieces of evidence exposing Stripchat livestreaming minors and general public without their consent as per site policy and contract.
Everyone is trying to scam and lie for a quick buck and if they don't get it they soon change.

Their girls are nuns compared to J4Sex.com models, who are just super crazy and they do absolutely crazy things. Despite its name it's not really free. It's a time-waster with bunch of fakes and bots. 8 out of 11 accounts I communicated with were banned. It made me search for a better platform and I checked outBazooGirl.com I don't regret this decision. It seems to be a legit site, working properly and attracting genuine women. I keep in everyday contact on Whatsapp with 3 women I met there. Stripchat is very unreliable compared to the other dating sites. I think it's created for baiting people into buying a premium membership. But the problem is they have very suspicious and questionable profiles. You waste your time there and nothing is happening for months.
