Don't waste your time or money. 108 dollars for two pairs of shoes that I never even received I received a pair that was two sizes too big and the wrong ones completely. Still missing the tennis shoes and the boots. They were recommended to me and never again. Shein and amazon were more reliable. Calling customer service today(Noone is available on weekends) and we'll see how it goes

So I've bought exclusively from stride rite the last 2 years for my toddler, but after what I've just went through I won't deal with them every again. Ordered on Saturday made a mistake my fault so had to wait till Monday to call bc they aren't open, the order already "processed" so they couldn't change or cancel but didn't ship out for another 3 days, was told could return once I got it. That was a lie one pair was $39 one $24 used a $15 reward so now I'm stuck with the $24 pair bc I used a reward and can only return the one pair. Going with just Amazon they have try before you buy plus I can cancel an order even if it's 9 stops away.

Worst quality of kids shoes, that is how my 2nd grader shoe look like after wearing it for only 2 month
