I have ordered a mobile using google store and i was updated packet was delivered but not.When i call the UPS they are not responding at all and Google store support team is saying they will start enquire about and it will take 48 hours to couple of weeks.
Please dont ever dare to go google products.
I've pre-ordered pixel 8 pro with pixel watch 2 LTE and the buds pro all in blue azure, on 5th October just a day after their presentation, after approving the payment, receiving mail with the confirmation, preparing my order, 4 days later I received a mail saying they denied my payment, tried again, 2 days later same problem, they denied my payment saying both times to talk with the bank, I went to the bank and they said everything is in order, Google lied to me, after 1 week of stres, trying with 2 cards to pay, I've placed another order same items just on black and voilĂ payment successful money gone from my account and order prepared for delivery
Bought a Google Watch just under a year ago, happy with the product. Back came off (typical issue from searching Google forums) so sent off for an RMA.
Literally 1 month after the product was received by Google (DHL confirmed delivery), no adequate comms or tracking number for a replacement. After-sales service actually horrific. Numerous attempts at talking to the support team via chat (they don't have any external place you can go to that oversees their ecommerce operations) are all answered by "We'll escalate this for you and get back to you" followed by no comms.
The lack of tracking, accountability or willingness to provide any dates is an absolutely horrible consumer experience. As far as I'm concerned, Google have taken a faulty product and are refusing to supply a replacement. Next steps likely legal.
I ordered nest mini speakers from Google Store. I very carefully made sure that I used my current address. Ten hours later, I got an email from Google that they were sending them to my old address. There was ABSOLUTELY NOTHING I could do to rectify this. I finally got ahold of the local Post Office--the only thing they could do is return to sender. DO NOT EVERY BUY ANYTHING FROM GOOGLE STORE. They have literally the worst customer service imaginable.
I've been trying to buy a pixel phone for years, no bs. No matter what I do, either they never have the phone or it just won't complete the purchase or its saying there's a issue or error. The worst experience ever. And I can't go into a store because it's not unlocked and you have to have a plan, instead of me just buying it out right. I don't know how you make money off these phones if you could never get one. Get it together google, I don't have any issues with my iPhone or buying one, not ever.
Package misdirected but did arrive 20 days late. No customer service except website. Cant return through online service.

Took my money. Delivered WRONG item.
Ordered phone from Google store and paid for expedited shipping. UPS delivers phone to the wrong address, they delivered it to Amazon's warehouse, not my house. I opened a case and was told by Google support that a replacement phone will be sent out expedited. Now 3 days later, I get an email that the replacement phone is shipping... by ground. I will get a replacement phone on July 20,9 days from my original order. Just order from Amazon instead of Google store.
I bought the Google Pixel 7 that I only use for about 3 weeks before I sold it. I recently bought the new Google pixel fold which only took me less than a week to realize it wasn't the device for me. I process a return and sent it back exactly how I received it. The phone and the watch and one box and the phone case and another box with the assigned printed labels. They only processed a refund for the phone and the case but did not refund me for the watch. They claimed that they did not receive the watch. How the hell is that possible when the phone and the watch was literally in the same box. I guess they figured since I no longer wanted the device and was sending it back that was going to get some money out of me one way or another so they stole $300 for me. After my case was escalated to the higher department twice that was still no resolution. And their words there was nothing they can do. Never ever buy from them. Save yourself the trouble. I guarantee you they will find a way to get money out of you.
Purchased a Google Pixel Stand (2ond Gen). It worked great charging my Pixel 7 Pro for about 6 weeks. It then started charging for 2-3 seconds and then restarting. No case changes. Tried a new cable with the same results. The phone will charge normally if I unplug the cable from the stand and plug it directly into the phone. Purchased from google store under order number: GS.6879-7689-2796.
Back in February, 2023, I purchased a new Pixel 7 Pro 256 gb phone and elected to have Preferred Care insurance. Two weeks ago, I fell during a hike and busted my phone. When I called to inquire about Preferred Care, I got the run around for over a week and just this evening was told that I do not have coverage because it was canceled by the finance company. I have a receipt showing I purchased it and an email welcoming me to Preferred Care coverage. In order to cancel, I would have had to call and cancel or go online at Google Store and cancel. There is no record of either. More to the point, I have NEVER received any indication that my coverage was canceled. Now I am out over $900. There was no answer as to why I did not receive notice of cancellation of coverage or why it took almost 2 weeks to figure out that it was canceled. This type of customer service is not acceptable. I would NOT recommend Google Store or Preferred Care.
I'm a samsung user but the new pixel fold caught my interest. So I made the order and used my samsung flip for trade in. Great I made the order and used their "google finance" and my total was around 1200 with trade in. Great I checked out with the finance and qualified for 1500. Perfect!... well nope. They don't give you credit for trade in until they get the trade in. My fault I'm use to samsung. So my new total is 1900. Well that's ok I'll put money towards it from my bank to get the payment down. On the phone with customer service (hahahaha service) and they could not do nothing but transfer me to the "google finance" which couldn't do nothing either. Neither one would accept more money on top. So I basically waited over a month just to find out this order will be a no go and I'll have to make a new order and now have to wait till August to get the phone. No thank you google. You're service sucks and your shipping time suck. I'll just stick to samsung.
I traded 2 of my phones 6 months ago. Google store never informed me to cancel the preferred care subscriptions. I've been charged $14 each month for 2 phones for past 6 months. I asked for a refund, and they always come up with a generic answer - "THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO, BUT I AM MORE THAN HAPPY TO ASSIST YOU!" Pathetic, Google. You are going downhill.
I had made a purchase a couple months ago of doordash store. It was a catering bag and now I have no proof of buying that and they saying they can go in my account and pull it out I'm trying. To figure out how can I get that receipt or proof that I purchased the bag.
Don't order directly from the Google Store. I ordered a phone, they sent me the wrong order. Instead of shipping me the correct color, with me sending back the wrong one, they wanted me to return the phone, wait for the refund, and then place a new order. Terrible customer service, they refused to help with the return/replacement nor with the financing I had used.
Trading value of old phone CHANGES overnight while trying to buy new phone, plus the value of old phone changes depending on what phone you're buying. Value should be unchanged. Customer service rep himself told me it doesn't make sense. Their phones suck, been having issues with every pixel phone I owned. Time for a change!
Have purchased a phone and watch from the google store. The process was simple and efficient. Shipping was quick too. Would not hesitate to shop there again.
In January 2023 I noticed a $900.00 + charge on my visa linked to Google that have several app subscriptions I pay for. So I reported this charge to the credit card company as a unauthorized transaction. The credit card company closed that card and issued me a new one. Google suspended my account, can't purchase anything unless I have visa reverse the charge back amount. They want me to pay for the fraudulent charge on Google Store which I have never used or was even aware of till now Apparently there security sucks! Never ever purchase anything thru them, there willing to loose customer's just like they lost me. Iphone here I come
We bought a google nest thermostat (pro), and had it in a box for a couple of months before opening (we had been planning ahead for a new HVAC). Once opened, the device did not work (heats the house, but device constantly rebooting and display off). There is no customer service line, or way to return the product. Or more specifically, you can write online a request and 'they will call you back'. The never do (no record on our mobile), but the answer after a few weeks that they did and could not reach us (without leaving any message of course). This has been going on for months... they basically are just giving us the run around.
Hope people look at the reviews before getting anything from Google store. Seems like they was great to buy from at one point but that changed for the absolute worse! I purchased a phone on the 21st of Feb and got a email next day that shipping label was created and I thought awesome! Promise date to arrive on the 28th.Sadly that was all I got and weeks later it was saying awaiting carrier pickup. A month goes bye going back and forth with customer service and no help. Customer service had to ask questions to a specialist is what they say and always feels like their beating around the bush on everything! It almost feels like your working with a scammy company and I thought buying from big google would be smart but wow never again. Save yourself the headaches and don't give them your money
If I could give Google Nest Store no stars I would. I have 6 nest thermostats. They were installed only to find out I need Nest Power Controllers for them to work properly. When you install them, each one says you can get a free power controller. They don't tell you anywhere in writing, and only after hours on the phone, that they have a one free controller per household policy. After much complaining they finally shipped one to me one and then another. Only they sent them both to my OLD address. Now they are telling me they can do nothing about it. I have asked to talk with a supervisor only to find out one will contact me "within a day". Then they referred me to OnTech to have the controllers installed. OnTech web site has all contact info "unavailable" and their phone for free advisor has a message that they are working on the problem and hope to have it fixed ASAP. Reviews show that message has been there for months and they have a one-star rating and no BBB accreditation. Nest support connected me with UPS to change the delivery address. UPS says only the shipper can do that. This whole ordeal has been a horror show. I plan to sell my house and will never, ever have another Nest product!
