If I could do zero stars I would. The first month was great then it started being less contact and even NO contact. I reached out firstly because they didn't even put my right information in and had me in a completely different state. ( see image). Second was for my current ratings and why nothing was happing with the progression of my site over a 6 month period. I understand it takes time to grow HOWEVER not a single thing was improving and my site health was poor according to all FIVE websites I tested it in. I reached out to address this with them and they just sent me a screenshot back of the back links. No explanation or addressing of the issue. Third time and last straw I reached out was about my google profile. I wanted images added because personally I avoid companies that don't have images and move on. I emailed with no response back for THREE WEEKS. Then he responds and says send me the images you want. I send them. NOTHING. I send a follow up. NOTHING. So I'm over it and my 6 month prepaid thing is up next month and I am 100% not giving them any more money. I send an email saying to cancel so I have proof if and when I need to submit a claim when they go ahead and charge me. They didn't respond via email but instead call me and give me a complete bull**** conversation. Lady says I need to call the day before my auto renewal and can not cancel it now. Like? That is bull. I ask her why she just repeats to call the day before. I say why, she says it doesn't work like that. I say so that you can just go ahead and charge me and say I waited too long to cancel? She says no it needs to be day before. Like what the actual hell. Complete waste of time. Complete waste of money. You'd be better off going to squarespace or wix and creating your own. Watch YouTube videos to get it started and it might not be great but it will damn sure be 150% better than this $#*! show of a company
