I ordered two pairs of earrings (the sterling silver and the gold-plated ones. They were EXTREMELY small, so much so that I could barely put them on. I have since returned both pairs. The photograph of the items does not show them to scale on the wearer's ears. I was very disappointed.
The blade hard to open and close. A bur was causing the problem. Had to have a friend remove the pin and remove the burr. Also the handle had a small chip.
It arrived as scheduled and appears to be a good looking watch, but because I wear my watches under the wrist instead of over, at times the buttons get pushed and the watch changes settings.
I have ordered quite a few of of Stauer's products knifes, jewelry, and home decor and all of their products have been 100% satisfactory. Good quality products for a great price, their jewelry does not tarnish and their products are always enclosed in elegant packaging which makes it great to gift the items for a luxurious appearance. Customer service is great and they are always offering discounts and deals for your purchases!

I ordered an item for my 50th anniversary. It never showed up and I never received a notice that the item was no longer available. I had to make other plans. When I looked at my account it indicated backordered, later it was cancelled but I never received a notice of any kind. Better communication with customers would be a great service and don't offer items that aren't available.
