This firm is one of the first firms that I've traded with and I've been quite satisfied. I did not expect my first experience to go as follows but hey it was a pleasant surprise. Mike explained to me the importance of beginning with the demo account and then moving on to real trades.
I did the demo account for a short period of time and I feel like it did really improve my knowledge in the field. So I recommend this solution to anyone looking either to refresh their memory or start their journey.

You all are doing a good job, but the only thing I have a problem with is the time I'm required to wait while you process my withdrawals, it takes up to 3-4 days each time.
I understand that there are other factors that affect the process but maybe there is something that can be changed.
Overall reccomandation 4/5 stars.

Excellent broker, can be better if you add more payment choices. Or is there something I'm missing. Either way I've sent an email earlier today if someone can contact me and sort this thing out, i'd be very pleased. Along with that I do want to point out the excellent trading conditions offered by this broker.

I cant find the news feed on the platform! I sent an email to the tech support this morning and still waiting for a response.

Aside from that, must note that David makes my experience as classy as possible, with his attention to detail and in depth understanding of the industry, he is one of the recommendable account managers I have.

For my basic trading needs this platform does the job I haven't explored much but I receive what I need and I personally don't need more than what they offer. On my part finding this firm was a win.

Among the platforms I have traded with, including E-Toro and others, this one takes the win in terms of response time and the level of customer service.
I had a problem with documentation updates, the guys from the support did their job promptly and without any delays.

Here is my review after losing a ton of money, probably a year's worth of salary for an average Aussie. I thought to share these observations as a review for anyone looking to work with this SCAM broker.

They are not regulated in Australia, so you are at high risk and can't register any complaints should they not follow what they offer.

Their registered office on the website is at Regus, which is a virtual office. You can Google it and find out for yourself. Anyone can rent a Regus office with no trace to their actual location.

Their analysis is from Investing dot com website, and anyone with a bit of knowledge can read it on the website for free.

None of the employees and directors have a social footprint; they use stage names to hide their identity. This itself is a big sign of a scammer, confirmed by one of the account managers.

Starlight commission and spread are way too high compared to other brokers in the market. For example, you get a spread of 0.6 in any regulated broker, whereas they have 4-5 spreads, and their reasoning is high leverage.

They have the poorest risk and hedging strategy, which reflects that they are not as knowledgeable as they claim to be.

They get rude if you don't take the trade they offer.

Keep in mind that the profit they show on the demo account is mostly algorithmic trade and on bitcoin, whereas they will never allow you to take algo trade on a live account.

They failed to provide their liquidity provider details, which means they maintain their own liquidity pool. This means that your losses in the market are their profits. Such brokers are termed as scammers in the market, and regulators advise individuals to stay away from such companies. In short, their long-term intention is to show you some profits and then induce you to pump more money into the account.

During initial calls, they will promise to teach you how to do analysis and mention they will teach you to trade, but in reality, they only call you to buy and sell, nothing else. I can keep going, but the above points should be good enough for an individual planning to start with the company to make an informed decision.

As a new trader my experience with this broker is flawless, they are truly dedicated to providing all the tools needed to start your trading properly.
For me the amount of new information was a little too overwhelming, but with the privet guidance they offer, and with time I understand more.
The demo account is a great tool to test my abilities and knowledge. I'm planning to start a real money account in the next few days, as I have my strategy already prepared. Wish me luck!

I decided to upload some photos, as a result of which I decided to invest in Starlightcapital.

Not even once i've experienced difficulties or delays when I place orders,, even during the busiest times. I do like a lot the chat support --always friendly and extremely helpful.

I confidently suggest them as a reliable broker.
I have experience with two other providers, Commsec and Etoro, and even though they aren't at the same level, I find myself enjoying their services and conditions.
The only downfall is that all the others offer a wider range of markets.
However, if the markets you care about are available with SLC, the choice is clear.

When I reached out to their online chat, they treated me with the utmost respect. The response I received was exceptional, even though the problem was quite simple to solve, which is remarkable because some others might consider it a waste of time to address such a minor issue.

What I enjoy: Withdrawal and deposit happen quickly. + So far, the service has been reliable and good.
Possible improvements: Wider assets selection. + The fees are quite the same as the other brokers, if you lower your fees, it will be a great plus to your favour.

Please, please do not invest in this scam. But if you do if you start making $4000 a week on various trades THE STING IS ON "BEWARE"

I'm new to SLC, but so far, the support has been awesome, the spreads\fees, etc., are highly convenient, and the platform is clear to understand. BUT I have yet to experience their withdrawal procedure. Based on my initial impressions, I expect it to be hassle-free, highly recommend them!

The service I've received from David for the past six months is simply outstanding! Each time I turned for help, he went above and beyond to serve me. Explaining every step and opening my eyes to new trading opportunities. I've been trading for most of my life, and if I may give one piece of advice to the new generation of traders, it will be to - pay attention to the experts you surround yourself with, they will be the key to your success.

Until recently I had no issue with them, after trading peacefully for about three months. Two days ago I was suddenly blocked out of my account. IT MADE ME MISS THE TRADE I WAS PLANNING FOR DAYS! In a panic, I've sent a whatsapp to my account manager, who surprisingly was online and took the wheel. After five agonizing hours it finally was fixed. I cannot describe the stress. Thank god that Danny was available at the time to help me. Honestly, Thank you so much.

It is great to discover that SLC embraces new traders with open arms. This is the 2nd firm I'm opening an account with, and the process is truly welcoming. The demo account is exactly what i was looking for, with every use, i feel that things are starting to sink in. Also, thanks for the daily updates, help me to stay focused.

Post of appreciation. Olivia was assigned to me 4 months ago and I can already see a difference in my trading choices. She has corrected my choices time and time again and I have learned from her knowledge. I think the most helpful aspect in trading is getting help from an educated trader or an account manager. Thankfully I have been blessed with both. My uncle is a professional trader of I would say 7 years, and I have my account manager Olivia. The help of both of them has gotten me to a high place and I couldn't appreciate it more. Thank you Olivia for all your help.

If you're looking for a service that is one on one and tailored to you then join STC.
I wasn't necessarily looking for this but now that I have it, I don't know what I did before. Any questions or inquiries are directed to your account manager and if they're not available you have an accessible chat option on the platform that can be a great help.
Now that I think of it this Is a great firm for beginner traders.

[stevepenner00 outlook com] and his reliable team refunded my money and saved me from this company. I wish i could give Starlight 0 star because its an absolute SCAM! Had the same experience as many others on these reviews, lots of persuasion to invest more and more then eventually they don't let you withdraw more than a few dollars. Please do not go near them unless you want to lose your money. Reach out and save yourself too.
