Starbucks employees that gotten out of hand. They try and act too cool and they think that they're above a lot of people don't like the attitude there. Too pompous and if you're undecided on what to get they don't want to really help you. Understand that they're a busy place but attitude makes a big difference.

Good, but pricey

Starbucks is REally goo, especially the Iced White Mocha, but it is FIVE DOLLARS. I don't make that much, but I love Starbucks. I think they should lower their prices a bit, but if thats not possible, I guess I can stop my egg bites and sandwich coffee breakfast.

Me and my husband are living in Bluffton sc but we are always driving to Hilton to get caffeine because the customer service and the caffeine is the best from all the Starbucks from bluffton and Hilton the Starbucks is located next to Kroger and Belk

Ice-machine store

Only ice and water I found in the Pink Dragonfruit drink. I tried Starbucks after a long time, but every visit ends up in bad experience and disapointted with the drink even the staff service is good.

Just saw a News Report about a Star Bucks employee who Posted they Spit in the Drink of Some they Disagree with Politically! The Store was Contacted about the Post and the Manager said He wasn't going to waste time Investigating or review Footage to Confirm or Not the Post from the Employee. I have visited Star Bucks many Time, BUT WILL NEVER AGAIN! This is beyond Nasty its Filth Nonsense, And So Is The Managers Response! I am sending this Report To Everyone I know! Best visit ever to a Starbucks

Went to the ft bliss Starbucks at the PX and I have to say I had the time of my life at this coffee shop the staff was friendly and upbeat. Got my drink out quick and talked to me the whole time I was there almost forgot my drink till they called my name that was how fun and exciting they made it. So I sat down and just watched for about five minutes thinking it was a fluke and they just did that for me. Nope they did it to every customer and even carried a bag around front of the counter to hand to a lady that had a small child with her. Adriana i think was ger name. Great place and I'll be back for sure. Someone should recognize this Starbucks for superior customer service..

I am not sure why consumers continue to support Starbucks versus the small local coffee shops. The organization does a very poor job of training their people. One Starbucks gives you one version of your coffee choice, and another will be a completely different experience. My daughter worked for them, and stated that their training is just poor, as they throw new folks into rotation based on the amount of volume experienced... Consistency is probably 50%, which for a food franchise is just horrible... STOP SUPPORTING A BRAND THAT DOES NOT CARE ABOUT EMPLOYEE AND CUSTOMER EXPEREINCE

I don't know what people did with the pumpkin bread, it tasted a little wet, maybe it sat too long. If you are going to have it, at least have it warmed to take away any bacteria.

Me and my friend got Starbucks my friends order was cookies & cream and mine was strawberries & cream they both tasted like milk and ice mixed in a blender almost no taste please make something more delicious with more taste also really expensive and we only bought a small this makes me really angry

I am writing a review of the baristas and the location. I am including all because I think highly of ownership, management and the staff. I am impressed by the manners displayed by all. It is a pleasure to get a cup of coffee whether a pound or cup. I am impressed by the charity work that Starbucks does. I wish all the employees well in their chosen location and I will miss the Yonge and Holly store. Keep up the great work!.

It looks like nobody wanna be there when they looked at you as if you opened the door to ask for a free drink. No diversity was observed in the staff combination as if other ethnicities doesn't know how to make coffee. Recall, coffee was discovered in Ethiopia and I don't believe there is any population in the world who enjoy coffee cerimoniously. Anyways, I couldn't even swallow the green tea late I ordered since the test was not the same as the other one which I used to order for years, but this one with about $5. I reordered plain coffee and decided to comment about this place of the Starbucks with a terrible experience with a disgusting taste of green tea latte machha. The place and the environment make me to stop going to Starbucks coffee shops anymore.

Starbucks are disgusting. After the tax evasion scandal they've now come up with a new sick scheme to make money and this time it's by scamming their own customers. They employed a new car park enforcement company & banked on customers not seeing the signs (they're obviously getting a cut out of the charges to their customers). Customers then get a ticket EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE A PAYING CUSTOMER and Starbucks refuse to help and lie saying that they can't help when that is actually a blatant lie.

Then when I emailed Starbucks for help they fobbed me off and lied to me and were really rude & dismissive towards me. They told me "lots of customers are having this problem but there's nothing we can do". I asked them "if you know your customers are receiving fines for visiting your store, why are you not doing more to prevent this and protect your customers? It's easy enough to train your staff to say "is that a large one?" But you can't train them to quickly explain the new car park rules?"

I can imagine people looking at the attached photo and saying "yeah but you were there for 2.5 hours". The reason I was there for all that time is because a friend, who'd moved abroad and had came back for 1 week at Christmas, had a very small window of opportunity to see me so we chose to meet in Starbucks. We purchased a drink for every hour that we were there. 3 drinks each which equals 6 drinks altogether. Are we really criminals for choosing to spend our time and money in this store? No. But Starbucks seem to think it's acceptable to treat us as such for doing nothing other than being loyal customers of theirs. Never again.

They didn't want to hear it when I told them via email and via Twitter. They just stopped replying to my emails in the end and also blocked me on Twitter. Disgusting.

I'm passionate about drinking coffee and starbucks is my lovely place for drinking it. Of course, it's a hyped place, nevertheless their coffee can't be compared to other ones. I also buy some coffee in coffee shop or in the mall, but as a rule I buy only starbucks. Cold latte with ice is my favorite coffee and all the staff from starbucks which is placed nearby my house already know me. I drink it every day and almost at the same time. As a rule I do before I go to work. Actually, I would certainly advise people to attend starbucks once in case they have never been here before. I guarantee positive emotions.

Got some starbucks "peppermint hot cocoa" for Christmas. Even made a cup with milk like the package states. THE WORST CUP OF HOT CHOCOLATE THAT I HAVE EVER TASTED. Thought it might be a bad package, but to my surprise, another pack was just as bad. Threw the hold lot out. Got them as a Christmas gift from local fire house. Sorry, no receipt.

Good morning, in case it happened I just bought a tea here in this new Golden place out of Toa Baja, when young Gregorio goes, to collect before saying amount to collect tells me high you are going to tip and I comment no, He comes back and comments and I repeat, not then he tells me the total, I give him money and seeing when they give him the tea that he has to give me, I realize that all the employees approach him, they stopped to talk to everyone, two of the girls start dancing they went to work with other orders leaving the glass that I had to deliver to the front of the window, realizing, like any adult, that these young men or Gregorio made me wait when the order was ready, normally when it is by servi car we leave the change or leave extra. All this so that you do not leave a tip IN A SERVI CARRO. I am embarrassed that a good new business has employees like these, who with their actions seem to force the client to tip. 11:40 am. Starbucks
