I love your coffee but due to the unions stance on being pro Homus I have stopped bying your coffee. Is there away to find non union stores. If I knew that they are non union I would go to that store to buy my cup of coffee
I will never go to Starbucks again and I have deleted my app when last week they charged me $7.09 for an iced vente vanilla Chai tea latte. When I got to the window I asked the girl that I found out was a Gen Z what's going on and her reply was "corporate greed". Sounds about right!
I make a trip to Starbucks weekly and really enjoy it. It's definitely not cheap but it's great for a treat!
Purchased a gift card in Canada with US dollars - was assured by cashier and manager I would have the full value when returning to US - when I got back to US and gave as a gift it only had $14.55. They charged me in USD but only gave me 20$ Canadian in value. When I contacted Starbucks they gave me the run around. This company steals enough from the public already.
When it comes to coffee, Starbucks is a game-changer. Their wide range of drinks caters to every craving. Whether it's a morning pick-me-up or an afternoon treat, Starbucks delivers. The cozy ambiance and friendly staff make it the go-to spot. My personal favorite? Their seasonal specialties. Just a word of advice be prepared for lines during peak hours. But trust me, it's worth the wait for that perfect cup.
Starbucks is often inconsistent with the taste of the drinks and there is no accountability or care for the customer. I am told that I will not get my money back, I need to have them remake it until it is correct. They remake it sometimes three or four times before one of them gets the drink correct. They continue to treat minorities like dirt and I will no longer set foot in another Starbucks store again.
Best atmosphere and coffee. You can sit quietly and relax with coffee and no one will distract. I go to starbucks almost every day
Honestly, the business itself is pretty great but their customer service number sucks. I had an issue at one of the locations where my discover card said declined on their terminal twice. So then I used a second card (us bank) and that one went through just fine. As soon as I left the drive up lane and reached to discover why my card got declined, they said the transaction was already processed both times using that card. I waited for the 3 pending transactions to complete. Once completed I called up Starbucks and told the girl I got charged 3 times for 1 drink, I explained the situation. She was nice and immediately refunded me 1 charge but not the other. She then had me email my situation along with pictures of proof from both receipt and transaction history from my cards. I waited 2 weeks with NO response. I called the customer service line again and got someone who hardly spoke English. I explained my situation (which she NEVER UNDERSTOOD) and kept saying I already had my refund, but only half of it. How does making 3 different transactions and only getting refunded for one my full refund. Then she kept bringing up a different day transaction that wasn't relevant to this specific day or time. She started being rude to me then hung up.
Really Satisfied With Drink of Cold Coffee in Royapet branch Store Assistant is All are good carring Finally Happy For this Moment
I'm so very upset. Bought a Tumblr cup was $16 the lid you cannot clean it has mold in it. It's two days old they didn't wanna return it didn't want to give me my money back because I didn't have a receipt. I paid cash for it..
Their coffee is too strong, but I'd rather have it then places like diners and most fast food places.
Starbucks is a heartless company. My daughter works for them and was held at gunpoint during a robbery. She needs to take a few days off to deal with the trauma and they will not give her a few days of pay to cope with what she endured.
I am an original Seattle, Pike Place Market Starbucks store/customer, and once fan, circa 1970's. To my dismay, I don't recognize the corporate leadership and culture of Starbucks, today. It's as if Howard Schultz threw out the baby and the bath water, and the once Starbucks culture was flushed down the drain.
I am not a pro-union guy, and for the life of me, I could not understand why Starbucks employees were organizing, but, a series of recent experiences with Starbucks corporate headquarters, and corporate infrastructure and culture, and I get it, there's a mean, dysfunctional machine behind the curtain at the Starbucks of today. From what I can tell, Starbucks Chief Operating Officer, John Culver is a part of the problem, and not even remotely, a part of the solution.
First, it seems that the Front Facing conduit to Starbucks Customer Service is sourced to some offshore, foreign country. So much for Motherhood and Apple Pie, Red, White and Blue, Star-Spangled Banner, Starbucks, of the United States of America. Let me tell you, the quality of the personnel at this foreign-sourced Starbucks enterprise, plain, sucks. Over a series of 8 or 9 phone calls, over 2 or 3 weeks, I've talked to Bad, Bad, and Worse; the equivalent of Larry, Daryl, and Daryl, on the Bob Newhart Show (Bad, Bad and Worse Starbucks employees are dumb as rocks). On top of that, on two calls with Starbucks Customer NON-Service Department, there was so much background noise, that I thought someone on a cellphone, was answering Starbucks NON-Customer Service calls, from beside a baggage carousel at SEA-TAC Airport. But, to get to the chase, these alleged Starbucks customer service professionals were pulseless, cold-blooded, robots, who could care less about a Starbucks customer. My experience, attempting to talk to Starbucks Customer UN-Service was abominable.
Next, I sought the assistance of the Starbucks Customer NON-Service Department, when I was somehow locked out of the Starbucks APP on my iPhone, and the Starbucks website. I talked to multiple embalmers at the Starbucks Funeral Home and Memorial Chape; they were universally useless, and get this, the turnaround time for Starbucks to fix a technical, access issue, on their APP, or website, is 3 to 5 business days. I waited 3-5 business days, to be provided a solution that did not work; now I'm into Day 10, and I'm still without access, and no help from Starbucks.
Following Customer Advocate Extraordinaire, Christopher Elliott's lead, I contacted Mr. John Culver, Starbucks Chief Operating Officer, who was minted into that position 2 years ago, and that Mother Fu__ er neither acknowledged my email, or extended me the courtesy of a reply. So, yes, Howard Schultz threw out the baby and the bath water, and Starbucks once culture.
The process of advancing a consumer "opportunity" and complaint was rigged, dysfunctional, and a litmus test of what's left of the once culture at Starbucks. Nothing.
Starbucks is an embarrassment, and a beast that would be best served with euthanasia.
Ive called several time about them fixing my rewards and they have yet to fix them! They keep tell me they are going to escalate them and never do!
I took my dog to another Starbucks place & they were so nice & said as long as pup was in my arms it was ok. Well Preston street store was so different, didn't care to help me.
I went to the starbucks in the airport and if the menu's would provide a € per liter price you would think you are buying golden coffee.
I forgot that it has gotten so expensive. Also the airport store was very dirty, it is that it was the only shop around that was open so I bought something here.
Starbucks in circleville ohio. They go above and beyond in customer satisfaction. Always happy to make my drinks perfect and the way I like.
I purchases from them every single day for years, yes they have great drinks but what i did notice is you spend tons of money on their drinks and they charge you for every single extra item you get like an extra shot, extra whip cream, or vanilla etc. I buy 6 shots total on each drink and they give automatically 3 on a venti so i buy extra 3 shots but when you get the drink, they think you won't notice and dont give you the extra 3 shots which you had paid for. I also tip them but didnt notice i was ripped off until i left. I buy 6 shots everyday for years, i think i know what 6 shots look like in a drink. After a while i get so ticked off from being ripped off and this happens in every single store especially when they start getting to know you. Which does not make sense. I keep going back because honestly, im addicted to the caffeine and they know it. Not fair. They should stop ripping people off on their prices and what they order in their drinks
I caught them today putting a 5.00 tip on my credit card and have now found 2 more unauthorized tips in December
Never got a good cup of hot mocha from any Starbucks. Like they don't want to put any chocolate in drink, but tie a string around a bar of chocolate and dip it 3 to 4 times on cup and give it to you. As much as you pay, you would think they would figure out how to make decent cup of mocha
