Stiffer packaging should have been provided. Both items arrived bent because the package was not rigid enough to prevent damage during shipping.

Straightforward website - ordered what I needed for a costuming project, but my order arrived in a bent tube.
The lighting gels I ordered were crinkled, and I contacted the store for advice (at least in flattening out the creases that UPS caused), but the store has not contacted me back.
It's usually pretty quick and easy to find what I need to get the job done. I order all my lighting equipment from SLS. It's easy to find what I need, prices are great since I'm part of a school, and shipping is fast.
