Order process was easy. Part I ordered (not a common item) was not in stock, but I was informed of that within 24 hours of order, and asked if I still wanted to proceed, which I did. Part arrived today, only about 10 days later than expected had it been "in stock" more than acceptable for my needs, overall I will be doing more business in the future.

Great support staff. I could not find the part that I needed and called the shop and received amazing customer service.

I wish I had been warned that a Size A gobo in an ETC Source 4 Ellipsoidal is the wrong size for logos. The left and right sides of the image are blurry. I spec'd the fixture in the order. I know you can't check all that in an online order but the process includes emails exchanging the artwork and confirmation. I wish the human involved would have warned me. We are not pleased with the final result.

It was easy to place my order and actually did it from my phone. I spoke with a customer service person who was very friendly and helpful.
