Placed order on Thursday, did not process till Tuesday, screwed up our timeline. Merchandise was otherwise fine and reasonably priced.
Checkout with credit card was a little different and didn't see the place order button and took a bit to figure out. I was placing my order on my cell phone so that could be why it wasn't as straight forward.
I received my order sooner than promised. They emailed me letting me know my expected delivery date was after my date needed by, which was okay since I had waited too long to order. But I received my order in time (as it came earlier than expected). The customer service was great, thorough comminication, and shipped promptly. Thanks!
