Website was very slow in updating the order status. I thought that the order was still pending approval days after I ordered. Called customer service to discover that the part would arrive later that day. A day after I received the item, the status was finally updated to shipped.

I was worried I would not receive my purchase on time. But it did arrive. Just need to alleviate customer fears by updating the account.
