Every now and then, there's a huge discount on a course you really want. Happened to me, and I bought it. But I couldn't get into the course! Tech support stuck with me until I stopped doing whatever stupid thing I was doing, and voila' I have my course.

I stubbled upon stacksocial by accident, i was looking to buy software and some how I was re-directed to the stacksocial website. As it turns out the software I was going to purchase anyways was 80% cheaper through stacksocial. Lucky me, thanks.
I had problems due to a lost package by the US postal service and Technabob's customer service was efficient and courteous. They gave me a credit which I used to replace the lost item which was a gift. Very pleased with their customer support! Thanks Barb!

Companies live or die by their customer support. Even asking the simplest of questions can often plunge someone into a Kafkha-eque nightmare. These folks though? Not the case.
My questions were answered quickly, clearly, and pleasantly. Everything you could hope for when dealing with a company. A specific shout out to me "support hero", Desmond Miles.
When the product came with very little information the support desk gave me repeated guidance until I got the thing understood. I am impressed with the gentleman's pleasant and supportive approach and repeated attention.
I love online shopping here. They work hard to ensure your online shopping experience is the best possible one. They made me feel like I had nothing to worry about when buying from smaller online vendors by offering top notch customer service. Their customer support heroes are just that... They respond to your concerns immediately, and work to resolve any issues or answer any questions you may have. Where stacksocial is... rest assured you will have nothing to worry about.
I bought a set of magnetic wireless Bluetooth Ear Buds from StackSocial which arrived in working order, but unfortunately not for long. I charged them upon arrival, then got to try them long enough to change out the size of the ear cushions to make them fit my ears comfortably. I did get to listen to one song before I put them away. Next time I took them out to use, they were non functional. I reached out to the customer support department and promptly got a reply. I am happy to say, I have a new set of ear buds on the way. Looking forward to getting them and really getting to try out these ear buds.
I purchased an online course from StackSkills, at an unbelievably low price compared to an in person, paid professional teacher. Customer service is very fast, and very helpful. Would definitely recommend.

I ordered a bedding set from here and it came in the wrong color scheme. I sent an email to the support team using their online form two weeks ago and the issue has not been resolved. This is unacceptable.
IDrop is one of the worst online product sales I've dealth with. For over 2 months I have had issues with inferior/broken products, and now I'm having the hardest time trying to get my money back! Beware.
I purchased an item and it did not work quite as well as they said and I called and talked to Derek I told him the problem and within four days this outfit got me a brand-new one and it works for you give them a five star anytime
Had to go through several emails, back and forth between the vendor and the producer to get what I asked and ONLY AFTER OPENED A CLAIM AT PAYPAL, my request was accepted.
Very disappointing about the way you treat your customers.
The earbuds I ordered fell apart. Barb helped to replace them. The replacements took a while to arrive (not their fault), but when they did, there was some weird stuff on the inside of the package. I emailed her again and my money was refunded. The earbuds themselves would have been cool if they were more robust, but Barb was polite any time I sent a message and I appreciate that.
What suckage this company is. Bought a product, it was never delivered and they disclaimed any responsibility for it. Don't. Walk. Run. From. These. People.
A mistake was made by the source company and this company the overseer went right to the company and had it straightened out. Very pleased with end result. Thanks very much.

This is a scam site. They offer a coupon when signing up, but they don't deduct it. You are not able to cancel the order and delivery time is one month!
Answer: It took a long time and the intervention of PayPal, but I got a refund--finally--for an item that was never delivered (because it was never sent.) The range of scores for this business makes me wonder why some people get good service and others are ignored--even defrauded.
Answer: They don't want to interact with anyone. You'll get these ridiculous emails from their "Support Heroes" team. They are all cut and paste nonsense, and they deny any responsibility for their vendors. I was only able to get action by working with my credit card company to reverse the charges because of the scam they pulled (item they advertised was not what they actually sold). As a precaution, I also advised my credit card company to automatically deny charges from them. My advice is to NEVER risk buying from them. It's like your mama always told you: "If it sounds too good to be true, it isn't."

Answer: They have no customer service, just form letters. No matter how often you email them, you will get no response that makes sense. They have no way of contacting them except emails.
Answer: Clearly playing numbers game. Probably making their own positive reviews. No one stopping them. Internet scammers.
