Unfortunately I hadn't read the reviews of this company before I ordered a dress for my son's wedding. How I wish I had. The dress was a disgrace, completely unwearable. Far too long, cheap material, zip would not fasten even half way up the back. In no way did it resemble the photo on line.
I tried, like many other reviewers have said, to find a returns address. They obviously don't want you to know. Trying to deal with their non-existent customer service is a waste of time. All they say is they will issue a ticket?
I've sent numerous e mails and wasn't getting anywhere. I'm now trying to claim through PayPal who are reviewing my case, Don't bother with Trading Standards as they are unable to help due to the company being based in China. I would also state that there was absolutely mention of this on their website. If I'd known this bunch of crooks were based in China I would have avoided them like the plague. Non-existent returns and zero chance of a refund. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID
