I've now bought several SSL certificates for a variety of websites and on a variety of hosts and they've worked out well. My one support experience was excellent (timely responses and knowledgeable advice).

I would add a little more instruction on how to install the certificates, other than that, the service is great, I was able to Install in less Than 30 mins, great price and customer service.

It process was a little confusing as I did not know how the flow of purchase to request worked.
If not for the low cost, I would not have purchased from this site based on the pay-first, get later flow.

Super easy to buy certs and get them working with you guys. I never need to go to anywhere else again.

Very good support: at the beginning I used the wrong CSR request and contacted support after generating the (wrong) certificate, asking how to re-issue my certificate with another CSR. The people from the support were very helpful and organized things so that I could quickly generate a new certificate.
