Wanted an ev ssl but it took too long and Comodo did not update me as to the issues of completing the order so I cancelled that and reordered a medium level ssl
The only slightly confusing part is the final page that I'm left on after ordering. That page doesn't state that it will update itself once the SSL request is processed, nor does it inform me that I can leave the page safely and simply await the link you'll send in an email. The page just sits there, with no "Next" and no information. I think if you clarified that page, you'd have a 5 star process from start to finish. Hope that helps.
