The installation instructions are not clear, especially the process of sending the csr key to get the PositiveSSL Certificate, but the support staff solved the problem in a short time. In addition, the service was great.

Needed a quick SSL certificate after Let's Encrypt was already requested previously a few days ago without keeping any of the cert information/key and was forced to find a cheap alternative. With help from your customer service reps, I was able to install it and have it save my client's site.

So far so good, first time going through this process. Need to get these activated as quickly as possible. We have three sites going up but need the SSLs to launch and be safe: DIAMONDBACK.io, DIAMONDEX.io and DiamondRedEnvelope.com.
