I wish it did not take an hour for your systems to sync. I made a a typo in the CSR and was forced to wait 1 hour before your system updated the SSL as issued so that I could re issue..

Well, I haven't really finished getting my certificate so this is kind of awkward, my boss is standing here waiting for me to complete the order and you are asking me survey questions? Other than that, I like the process.
I typed the above comment when I was still in the middle of ordering. Two days later they sent me an email asking me to confirm I received my order and the link brought me back to a survey. They really like collecting customer feedback.
